Ovil was really accommodating and just outright amazing host.

The place is beyond our expectations. The house is small but well-designed. It is inside a mountain resort surrounded by trees. The resort has a trail that leads to a wonderful view of the Pacific ocean. The staff and the owners are friendly and accommodating.

We had an unforgettable experience celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday at Alexander's place. the 3 spacious rooms were cozy and well maintained providing plenty of comfort for everyone. The videoke room was a hit with our guests adding so much fun to the celebration. The overall ambiance made the event more special and we could not have asked for a better venue. We are also delightful that pir request to transfer the booking from Xanders 3 to Xanders 1 was granted. Highly recommended for family gatherings and special occasion.

We had an amazing family trip at Jorge’s beach house! Jorge was really helpful and accommodating throughout our stay —always available to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. One of the highlights was the beautiful pool—it was well-maintained and a perfect spot to chill. Beach was also just a short walk away! Jorge even gave us with fresh mangoes from the tree on the property, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Will definitely recommend. The whole experience was peaceful, comfortable, and truly memorable. We’re so grateful for Jorge’s hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing family-friendly beach getaway!

We are the first guests of this listing. Amazing hospitality. Spacious. Love the 3 bathrooms. Pinakalove namin and we stayed most of the time is at thier airconditioned entertainment room. We enjoyed the karaoke. The karaoke is not that generous with the scores but we got 100% (1 time only hehe). Great place!

From our arrival in the peaceful town of Talaonga and warm reception at Ocean Beach Resort, our two week vacation was far better than anything we could have expected. The resort is owned and managed by a family of educators/teachers in the most friendly and peaceful community of Bicol. We enjoyed quiet and peaceful moments as well as vibrant and energetic parties. We celebrated a birthday and bonded with family and friends during our stay. Swimming at sunrise and sunset and enjoying fresh ocean breezes during the day. Fully equipped kitchens made meal preparations fun and social for all of us. This is a warm and approachable family and host. We were given as much privacy as we wanted and were well received when we asked to arrange for food, cake, decorations and transportation of guests. This family knows everyone in town and enjoys bringing people together. I highly recommend Ocean View Resort and I look forward to returning soon to visit my new friends.

The villa was perfectly located for whale shark snorkeling—just minutes away. It was cozy, and had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, arranging all our activities for us. The only downside was the noisy chickens waking us up early in the morning. Otherwise, a fantastic experience!

Ma.Carmelita's home was very nice. The house was clean and we had a very relaxing/ refreshing time. Ma.Carmelita and her family were very friendly and always were available for any questions or assistance we needed. The hot/cold water dispenser was very useful. Will definitely try to book this again on our next visit.
