always a great place to stay. Responsive and easy to talk to. Rooms are clean and the internet is okay. it is walkable to and from the city center. there is also a nearby coffee shop in case you need a snack.

We had a great stay! Ms. Jessa was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. She provided all the necessary information and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. If you're planning to visit Albay and need a place to stay, La Playa Apartments is a great option. 💯 We stayed for 3 days (5 adults and 1 toddler) and had a smooth, comfortable experience. The unit has complete amenities - including a kitchen so we could cook anytime. It’s clean, peaceful, has aircon, slippers, and all the basics we needed. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay in Albay. 👍

Its easy to commute from his place. There’s a lot of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops around too. Ariel is very welcoming and accommodating as well. The place is always clean and tidy. We had a nice stay in his place :)

Harvy's place was fantastic! The unit is brand new, with a cool industrial design, and spotlessly clean. I really appreciated the value for the money. The little extras like tea, water, and toiletries were a nice touch, and the new appliances (AC, Xiaomi TV with Netflix) were great. The stable internet allowed me to have a smooth Zoom meeting for hours! Harvy was a very accommodating host. I'd definitely recommend this place! 5 stars!

Stayed for 3 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was approx 15min away from Magallanes terminal. There's a convenience store downstairs that closes at 7pm. No Tricycle station nearby, need to ask staff to rent a Tricycle. No Motorbike rental nearby. No signal for Globe or Smart in the area, but there's a coin operated wifi router across the street which allowed us to maintain internet access. The router costs only P10 for I think 5hrs. Good bed and AC was sufficient. A bit slow water pressure but good enough to take a shower.

Our family lives very comfortably. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a kitchen for cooking and within walking distance of SM and the SITEX. When they left, took us to the SITEX. That's very sweet.

A true hidden gem, skeptical at first due to no reviews but took a risk and it did not disappoint. If you’re into aesthetic photoshoots with the view of mt Mayon and adventurous?, then this is for you.

it was really spacious & pretty. the hosts were always very responsive & helpful. everything was good, the property is a little prone to flooding but shan cleaned all the water for us & let us borrow his mop for the rest of our stay. i definitely recommend this place !! 🩷🩷🩷

Excellent stay

We had a great time staying at this place! Would book this again for our future travels in Legazpi. Equipped kitchen, complete amenities, very clean surroundings, friendly staff and owner and is at the heart of the city within a safe area. The rooms were very spacious, PLUS POINTS for the kids room (my toddler loved it). Highly recommended! ❤️❤️❤️

This place is cozy good for couples or single people out there i definitely advise anyone to stay here. The host and his cowroker were extremely helpful in finding nice places to visit and tips on what you should do in the area. Plenty of entertainment there, this places was located in walking distances of a supermarket, mall, and bars. Definitely when I plan another stay in the Philippines this place be the first one in my mind.
