L'appartamento, di 96 mq, con vista mare, si trova al secondo e ultimo piano di un palazzo d'epoca (senza ascensore), ed è composto da cucina-soggiorno, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, di cui una su soppalco, e bagno.Tassa turistica dai 2€ a un massimo di 5€ al giorno per persona. Prezzo dell' appartamento è per 1 o 2 persone in una stanza.

Casa Vacanze Occhi sul Mare, dotata di WI-FI, composta da una accogliente cucina/soggiorno, una camera da letto, WC con doccia ed un grande balcone che guarda l'incantevole Isola di Ortigia ed il porticciolo Santa Lucia, è arredata e curata in ogni minimo particolare. Welcome! Agave is a lovely apartment, furnished with care. It consists of kitchen/leaving with TV, bedroom (both air-conditioned) and bathroom on the ground floor. The attic, used as a reading and relaxation area, provides access to the terrace. We are in the Santa Lucia neighborhood, just minutes from Ortigia, Arch. Park of Neapolis, Arch. Reg. Museum "Paolo Orsi," Sanctuary of "Madonna delle Lacrime" and Hospital "Umberto I." The area is well served and close to highway entrances. Free Wifi.
