We live on 10 acres of wooded property. It is a 12x12 space with a small refrigerator,microwave,toilet,sink & shower,queen bed.bed linens,kitchen ware,,coffee maker& a Keurig coffee maker. Also a small propane powered outside grill.The water is supplied by our well which has been tested as having the best drinking water in Klickitat County NO pets.WIFI to cabin. If you need additional space we have a treehouse for 2-=3 people for $35 The floor has been insulated so no more cold feet.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Everything worked fine, it was very clean. An interesting house in a very small town on the river. You could watch the para-sailers on the Columbia river. Not from the house, but it was in a beautiful area. It was set up for dogs, which we appreciated because we brought our dog, Bowen. Big beautiful fenced yard. Our dog spent a lot of time back there. Beautiful plants too, lots of colorful perennials, if a dog ran over it, it would be ok. We knew that there were limited store and restaurant around so we brought our own food. Worked fine. We enjoyed the house and the small town and would come back!

We had a wonderful stay. FIVE STARS. .10/10. We look forward to visiting the High Prarie Hideaway again. We love the Columbia Gorge area, and this is a perfect base. Additionally, if you are a strong, experienced, and adventurous bike rider, either road or gravel, Hideaway is a perfect base from which to explore this incredibly, but not so well known, area .

The directions for the home and amenities were easy to follow and Kalani kept in good communication with us prior to, during, and after the visit. Joy’s tiny house is fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Pristine, cute, comfortable, and a beautiful location. Everything has so much thought and care put into it. The outdoor shower was amazing- loved that. Outdoor kitchen with the gas grill was awesome. We cooked our food the whole time. The composting toilet was super clean. Not stinky or uncomfortable in the least, for those who might be reluctant to pull the trigger on this gem because of it. Joy and Joshua are super friendly, helpful hosts. You could hear the river all day, owls and turkey at night. Bugs weren’t too bad. So much hiking nearby. 10/10 overall. We would love to be back!

Nina’s place was really great! Beautiful views of the mountain, deer in the field, spotless! Easy check in! Everything was excellent! We came to celebrate my dad’s 86th birthday! And we had a lovely celebration! It was a really special weekend and Nina’s place was a very big part of making the weekend so nice for our family!
