About this Guest House Lovely studio guesthouse looking out amidst the trees and beauty of the Scenic Gorge Area. Light and open space where you can take a deep breath and relax. On the (quieter) West side of town and just a 5 minute drive to our amazing downtown with all the shops, restaurants and wineries you desire.

This studio is right downtown! Just a block to shops and restaurants, and a ten minute walk to the waterfront. The view from this studio is HUGE. Looking over the rooftops of downtown straight towards the spit, the 180 degree view extends west beyond the mouth of the White Salmon River, and east to the Hood River Bridge. The location is central to Gorge events and activities summer and winter. Solid WIFI, and privacy, this studio is a perfect getaway or work retreat. STR License #468

Enjoy a quiet riverfront stay in the heart of the Hood River Valley. 500 sq ft apartment in a Craftsman timber-frame home with private entrance, parking, kitchenette, shared laundry, and the sound of the river, with some distant traffic noise from Tucker Road. Sit on the porch and relax watching the Hood River. Perfectly located for recreation or wine tasting, 40 mins. to skiing at Mt. Hood Meadows, and 10 to downtown breweries. Guesthouse with amazing view!

We chose to share our guest house primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guest house for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guest house with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.
