Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

The lowdown This gorgeous urban paradise with 2-bedrooms, located in Buenos Aires Downtown, aims to please with its rustic vintage style. The unique living room is a great place for comfort and relaxation. It has a sofa and three individual low sofas. Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. About Area Full of luxury and style, this apartment is strategically located a few steps away from: Plaza San Martín (San Martín Square) where you'll find La Torre del Reloj (The Clock Tower), Puerto Madero where you will be able to visit the famous monument el Puente de la Mujer (the Woman's Bridge) and the naval museums, and Recoleta where you can enjoy the afternoon in the beautiful Plaza Francia (Francia Square), while you let yourself be captivated by the portside culture, also you will have a great number of high-end restaurants, bars, and clubs. We are a family (My mother and my brother) You may contact us at any time. The building is steps from Plaza San Martín and the famous Puente de la Mujer monument and 3 blocks from 9 de Julio underground station, which links to the rest of the city. Downtown, bus stations, restaurants, and theaters are all a few blocks away. You will be able to walk to Puerto Madero , Downtown and Recoleta. Also Buses and metro stations a few blocks away. It has its own generator set. Apartment is really quiet.

Beautiful apartment located in the heart of Buenos Aires, on the famous Av. Corrientes and 150 m from Av. 9 de Julio. With a breathtaking view from the 22nd floor of the entire city. Immersed within the culture of Buenos Aires (close to the theaters, restaurants and major tourist places of BA), it is accessed by all means of transport ( subway, train, bus, car). It is decorated in the Franco-Porteño style of the 1930s. Restored to new with much love.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

great studio condo in Palermo. everyone knows this neighborhood is great so I'm not going to spend my time talking about that. the apartment is great, it's not your traditional teeny rectangle shaped space, rather it's square so there's plenty of room to move and put your stuff and exist without bumping into things because it's so tight. it's an older apartment but everything's in tip top shape and works well, and as you all know from reading my other reviews I care about a really good shower and the shower is really strong and has great hot water. I really like the light in the space there's two gigantic windows that let light in with blackout shades that lie to close it up at night and sleep well. also the properties in the back of the building so why you don't have the greatest view in the world, it's drop dead silent at night. the building itself is older but functional and clean easy and easy out and there's a kiosk grade on the corner if you need anything, A+

Cari handled our check in and she was darling. Responsive and sweet. The apartment was perfect. I immediately felt right at home and we spent a lot of time there. We cooked breakfast most days and a few dinners. The apartment had all the kitchenware I needed to make a full meal for two. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, a nice market and a few specialty shops for meat and veggies. We walked everywhere but Ubers and taxis were easy to catch from the location. I loved the balcony, I had tea in the morning and wine in the afternoons. It is absolutely lovely! Would definitely stay there again.
