Holiday rentals with a patio in Marsalforn

Apart from the black out situation due to the recent instruction work at Balluta, my overall experience in Martina's Seaview penthouse is top notch and truly one of kind. Not gonna be bored with balcony, bring good mood with the view every morning, let alone a place to have breakfast/dinner/hanging out. The interior is thoughtful and detailed in showcasing the local culture with a contemporary twist. Everything is clean and neat. Both hosts are super helpful. Highly recommended if you would stay beyond St Julians or Valletta, where you will not disappoint fr. Thank you!

We stayed in this beautiful penthouse for a week and were excited about it. The clean and tidy environment perfectly reflected the description and photos. The location in a quiet area but not far from the center (about a 12-minute walk) is really delicious. Pool and terrace represent a real plus in this beautiful structure and the hillside location allows you to enjoy a beautiful view. Clear, friendly and responsive communications and directions from the Host have helped us always feel at ease. A great experience! Thank you for everything! We hope to be your guests again!

Nicolette's apartment was a great space, the big terrace overlooking Xlendi was amazing and so close to the local restaurants where we only had good meals. being met on arrival was great and everything was as expected. would recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Xlendi. there are a number of stairs to get to the apartment but that is the same for all apartments in Xlendi. it's a hilly place!

Firstly, absolutely lovely and extremely helpful host! Always responsive and proactive. The place itself was lovely. Lovely rooms, nice big kitchen and living room area and lovely balcony. We absolutely loved and made the most of the pool and barbecue! The pool does look a bit smaller in person than in the pictures but was still lovely, clean and made the most of it! Check in and check out was super easy and the place was lovely and clean for our arrival :)

Loved this place. Quiet yet within two minutes of busy streets of Valletta. Lovely and clean, spacious and decorated to a high standard. Definitely would recommend

We had a very enjoyable weeks stay at Danijel’s place. Xlendi was very peaceful and the view over the small harbour was lovely. Some great hiking from Xlendi so we didn’t have to get in the car to go walking. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. listing as described. large apartment, a great view. Small negative points, noise on the road side ( heavy trucks that pass regularly) and garden side, morning roosters. A blackout curtain would be welcome in the garden-side bedroom.

I had to cancel due to my wife's illness. However both of my daughters stayed at Annette's house. She was very helpful, responsive to any issues and was very friendly. Thank you Annette.

The villa was perfect for our family of 10 adults, 3 children, and 1 baby. My 6 year old granddaughter described the outdoor pool as magical. The heated indoor pool was an added bonus and perfect for the younger children. The villa lived up to our expectations, and our host Natasha was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests. The villa was within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Parking was available outside the property, and taxis if needed were available. Buses were also easy to use if you wanted to explore other areas on the island.

Lovely place to stay and the pool was a great addition to our stay. Throughly enjoyed our time here and is a lovely place to stay. Within walking distance of some really nice restaurants and not a far walk into Valletta at all.

Lovely quiet part of the island to stay and the house was private and in a quiet neighbourhood. The island is small, so all can be visited easily. The BBQ & outdoor dining was great to use and the pool is larger than the average pool and great at the start and end of a day.

Superb location for exploring the island, very easy to get around and plenty of local options for food. The house was perfect, with literally everything you need to feel at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the jacuzzi was a great way to wind down

Barbara and Davide’s place was perfect for exploring Malta! The house is lovely with everything you might need, gorgeous views from the rooftop terrace and their communication is 10/10. It was really easy to get into the home, and it was easy to find. The ferry point right outside made it perfect for exploring Valletta and there were some really amazing restaurants practically on the doorstep. I would 100% recommend!

Our stay lasted for a lovely 6 days, all based in Frederico and Francica's lovely place! Perfectly located away from the crowds with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, it was an oasis to return to after busy days exploring. The balconies gave us fantastic views of sunsets, fireworks shows, and were a great spot for a sunny breakfast. Spacious and clean, we loved staying here and would easily recommend it to others! Only thing for others to be aware of is the somewhat lacking restaurant options within Hamrun itself, but we easily made our way into Valetta for dinner most nights anyway - 10 minutes by Bolt! We had a fantastic holiday and this place was a huge contributor.

We absolutely loved this apartment and plan to return. The Fort Chambray location is quiet and peaceful and the stunning view from the apartment encompasses the pool complex and beyond that to Comino and the coast of Malta. The apartment itself is spacious , comfortable and well equipped . Fort Chambray is close to the ferry terminal and bus station so transport around the island is easy , especially as there is a bus stop close to the apartment complex. There are many good restaurants and bars in the locality . This is a great place for a relaxing holiday . Denise was an excellent host, communicating clearly and ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay . She provided a welcome pack which was extensive and much appreciated. Totally recommend .

Had a great time! Edward is a great host and very friendly. The apartment is in the basement and is therefore cool at high temperatures. The terrace also allows plenty of light to enter the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

Marthese’s place is absolutely lovely - a spacious and well-equipped apartment that has everything you could possibly need for a stay in Malta, whether short or long. The highlight is the balcony, which offers stunning views. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the island!

Lovely, spacious apartment that was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. Really well located too, with a supermarket immediately next door and lots of shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk. If you’re up for a longer walk you can even get to Sliema within 15 minutes. Really easy to jump a taxi to Valletta and anywhere else on the island too, or there’s a bus stop right outside the supermarket. Jane was a super host, letting us check-in early and responding within seconds to rescue us when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the building!

Excellent apartment with everything you'd need for a holiday. Communication was really great and everything was explained prior to arrival and were super helpful. Views are stunning and the pool was awesome. Would recommend!
