Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Marsa Matruh

Host was very good, helpful and responsive! We loved his apartment and location of apartment and it was near the beach. Apartment was clean and I felt like home. Only two things that should be noted: beaches near apartment are not private (all beaches are extremely beautiful) and water in apartment is not drinkable and you should take more of bottled water for washing teeth, food… Thank you mr. Mahmoud for having us!

Fady is very nice, Fady will do his best to meet our needs, the room is very nice, facing the sea.

总体还行。位置不在市区，要打车过去。但是房子很干净，住起来很舒服。房东人很好，随时响应我们的需要，还送了我们小礼物。推荐！

The appartment is located in the center of the city. It is convenient to go to the surrounding scenic spots. The old uncle downstairs guarding the door, shopkeepers and other friends are also very friendly. If come again next time, hope Sherin can introduced more good places. Also hope to see Sherin again when go to Alexandria.

Amazing experience, perfect location

We had a lovely stay at at dina's place. Everything was smooth from the moment we booked, communication was seamless and prompt. The chalet was clean, dina went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay The chalet has a fantastic location in Almaza very close to the beach and also close to the resorts side. The chalet itself was well equipped and had everything we needed. Thanks Dina for the great stay, for sure we will be returning again.

Magdy is an amazing host and his place is super nice! The communication with Magdy was quick and easy! I will be coming back next summer for sure!

The place is well priced for what you get. Most other Airbnb options in the city are well overpriced for what you get. The apartment is in a quiet building with no sea-view. If you want to spend your vacation in a balcony, this is not for you. BUT, people go to Marsa Matrouh to enjoy the sun, the sand and the crystal water, all of these are few minutes away on foot from Mohammed's apartment or you can take a taxi or other transportation option for $1-$5 to any beach (depending on the distance). The place is nice and comes with sufficient kitchenware. It was great for my visit as there are tons of grocery and shopping nearby. Please remember, this is a regular apartment not a fancy hotel. If you are looking for a fancy place in Marsa Matrouh, your budget must be US$200/night at least in the summer per room, and you will be looking at a 4 or 5 stars hotel only. Mohammed is a very responsive and polit host. I strongly recommend this place.

Great spot, great rental and a great host! We enjoyed our vacation in Almaza bay: it lays in a wonderful beach spot north coast Egypt (sand, clear water, ; less rocks...). The community adds value to the place: young couples and families enjoying vacation in peace and calm. Not much dinning options: a small number of pricy beach restaurants in addition to the hotels. However, there are two grocery stores to replenish your kitchen. Access to hotel services is available yet for a fee (e.g. pool, hotel beach, gym...). The chalet is cozy, tidy and clean. Mahmoud is highly responsive and helpful: at arrival, he made sure we entered the gates and the unit; During our stay I connected with him a number of times for follow-up questions; I invited a couple of friends to spend the day at the beach and he facilitated their access; At check-out he was flexible. Definitely a super choice to enjoying the north coast of Egypt in a tranquil environment!
