C’était génial, monsieur Hassan est très réactif super sympathique. C’est une personne humaine et très compréhensif. Concernant l’appartement, il correspond parfaitement aux photos. C’est un endroit calme et paisible. Si vous recherchez la tranquillité c’est l’endroit parfait. Il y a une grande cour qui permet beaucoup d’activités familiales. Il y a un salon extérieur qui est juste parfait. Je le recommande fortement pour les familles.

The place is well priced for what you get. Most other Airbnb options in the city are well overpriced for what you get. The apartment is in a quiet building with no sea-view. If you want to spend your vacation in a balcony, this is not for you. BUT, people go to Marsa Matrouh to enjoy the sun, the sand and the crystal water, all of these are few minutes away on foot from Mohammed's apartment or you can take a taxi or other transportation option for $1-$5 to any beach (depending on the distance). The place is nice and comes with sufficient kitchenware. It was great for my visit as there are tons of grocery and shopping nearby. Please remember, this is a regular apartment not a fancy hotel. If you are looking for a fancy place in Marsa Matrouh, your budget must be US$200/night at least in the summer per room, and you will be looking at a 4 or 5 stars hotel only. Mohammed is a very responsive and polit host. I strongly recommend this place.
