We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly helpful and extremely professional, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The villa itself is stunning — beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The swimming pool and hot tub were a real highlight, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. A special mention to the cook, who prepared the most fantastic traditional/oriental breakfasts each morning — truly delicious and beautifully presented Our driver was also incredibly helpful throughout the stay, making getting around Marrakesh smooth and stress-free. He was always punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Marrakesh. We will most definitely be back.

The villa is very clean, large and in a good location. The garden with the volleyball court, pool, and outdoor area are amazing assets. Marie is very responsive and does not hesitate to come to the villa if we have any questions.

Excellent stay, we went to discover Bab Doukkala as well as Marrakech with 2 friends, the accommodation as well as the residence is really great, nothing to complain about. Jamal and Lina were really there for us and responsive to any questions! Not to mention the staff of the residence who are adorable, the accommodation is well located, easy to access and close to restaurants and supermarkets. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa. Upon our arrival, we were seduced by the perfect size of the house and its architecture: spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. Breathtaking view of the golf course and the simply magical Atlas. Calm reigns supreme, only the birdsong. The children loved the playground: swing and small games of skill kept them busy for hours, while we enjoyed the tranquility and the spacious pool. Sports equipment. The villa is ideal for families looking for a peaceful haven combining comfort, space and entertainment for the little ones. Beautiful bay windows provide a wide view of the lush gardens. We recommend the house to all those who wish to recharge in an enchanting setting. Special mention for our host, Kacem for his kindness, availability, Bravo and thank you very much, service+++

Amazing location! Right at home. Very spacious for our family of 7. Souad prepared an amazing breakfast each morning for us. The location of the riad was within walking distance to everything.

This was our 3rd stay here and it was better than ever! Truly exceptional. It’s like a little paradise and we really did have the best stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and made our stay even better - being on hand with any questions or queries and even helped booking in my massages at the property. We were really sad to leave but I know we will be back again for the 4th time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Excellent stay during which I found the rest and calm I came to look for The villa is very beautiful and comfortable, the heated pool, well exposed and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the bedding comfortable. The equipped kitchen and all the amenities provided are very good, we did not lack anything. Unfortunately the bathtub/hot tub was not functional (water temperature no longer heats up after a while and leak in the living room ceiling) , 2 out of 3 showers had a problem (on one the water drained only from the top and not through the showerhead , and the other water escaped through the shower tray) problems reported on arrival and not resolved during the stay. A 5/10 min walk through a small path you have small snacks(which I did not test) a BIM store and many convenience stores very well for shopping. the environment is very soothing thanks to the natural landscape, 20 min by car there

This place, so special, no words. It’s one of those magical places where you instantly feel at home. The architecture js madly beautiful and the garden a dream. Samira, Habibe and Rachid took the best care of us, always welcoming us with a smile. Our kids miss them already. We had such a great time and will try to come back next year. Big recommendation!

Villa Anir was a wonderful retreat for our 2-family holiday; well spaced for 8. We took advantage of the offer of breakfast being prepared and cleaned for us each morning, which was fantastic (and about 12EUR per day). The house is clean, very well appointed and laid out, the furnishings are nice and the pool area is excellent. Communication with the host, Fatiha, was very clear and easy. We would love to stay here again someday. Just an a regional FYI, we did not have a car rented, thinking that it would be easy to take a taxi into the town of Essaouira, however it was a bit of a pain, and cost 20EU each direction. We found a rental car company in Essaouira that rented us a big car for 35EU/day. It was very easy and safe to drive around this region. There is a very decent supermarket (Aswak Assalam) about 8 minutes away on the way into town, and a CarreFour (which has a lot more international foods) in Essaouira itself.

I had the chance to stay in this beautiful villa in Marrakech, and everything was just perfect. The place is beautiful, clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and ideally located to fully enjoy the city while being in a peaceful setting. But beyond the place, it was above all the owner who made this stay truly exceptional. With rare kindness, always available, attentive without being intrusive — you can feel that he is committed to giving his guests an unforgettable time. And he succeeds!
