Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz

We loved staying in Chantal’s riad! The space is truly beautiful and every room is so unique. Super fun staying in the Medina and being able to explore the surroundings areas - very central location. Booking transportation from the airport to the bnb was super helpful as well since it can be a bit difficult navigating through the Medina for the first time. Also highly recommended trying out the breakfast there - super fresh and it was the perfect start to our morning!! Highly recommend this riad for anyone visiting Marrakech :-)

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

Notre séjour au Riad Modjakech a été tout simplement inoubliable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et professionnalisme par Marco, dans une ambiance sereine conviviale. Le riad est un véritable bijou, alliant le charme de l’architecture traditionnelle marocaine au confort moderne. Chaque pièce est décorée avec goût, et l’atmosphère qui s’en dégage invite à la détente. Tout était d'une propreté irréprochable (grâce aussi au roi de l'aspirateur ;-) La localisation est idéale : ruelle calme, à quelques minutes seulement de l’effervescence de la médina. Après nos journées de découverte, nous aimions nous ressourcer sur la terrasse et son bassin. Un immense merci à Mohamed et Fatima, qui ont été tout simplement exceptionnels Mohamed a su nous conseiller avec justesse sur les activités, et Fatima… quelle cuisinière ! Son tajine est à ne pas manquer. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain

Everything about the riad was as described and lovely. It’s a short walk to the markets and shops. We had breakfast and dinner made by Mariam a few times and she was an absolute gem! The AC Works great and while there was 3 of us there, we never ran out of hot water. The bedrooms are a great size, especially the 2 on the second floor with a lot of room to spread out. The host arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and brought to the riad, which was so helpful. I think we would have gotten lost without that! He also arranged a car for us to get to the airport very early in the morning- again, VERY helpful. Colle was very responsive and even shared a list of recommendations upon check in.

lieu charmant, calme, à la décoration sobre avec de belles touches traditionnelles, très agréable. Nous avons passé un délicieux moment. Très bien équipé avec beaucoup d'attention pour les visiteurs (dosettes de café, pains et cake aux amandes, oranges fraîches), comment ne pas passer un excellent séjour ?!

Riad paisible , le petit chant des oiseaux est enchanteur. Nous avons été conquises par l'accueil chaleureux de fatima. En plus d'être douce,sensible et discrète elle nous a concocté des petits plats exquis ! Nous n'oublierons pas son sablé à la péche,un délice !! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 jours dans ce logement. L’endroit est propre, bien aménagé et conforme à l’annonce. Mr Othmane a été très accueillant ,disponible, et très réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour simple et agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un bon séjour et on reviendra avec plaisir. Thank you Musta for providing us with a beautiful and peaceful homebase for exploring Essaouira! It was centrally located to the beach and the old medina. Check in was easy and we were greeted warmly. The property was expectional; the space was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and rooftop views were incredible. We highly recommend staying here when you visit Essaouira!

Words cannot describe how beautiful this place was.. the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Waking up to sunrise over the ocean - sublime. The most hidden gem I’ve been to. I hope to come back one day. Perfection 💙💙

Logement très sympa, hôte très disponible c’est très appréciable. La piscine est super l’endroit pas ultra fréquenté au mois de juin et très familial, on apprécie le calme qui y règne. L’appartement est très bien, si vous aimez les chats, une minette blanche aux taches rousses sera ravie de faire votre connaissance 🤩

We had a fantastic stay at Sam’s wonderful apartment! The place was super clean, very quiet, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing with my family. Communication with Sam was smooth and easy; he replied quickly and was always helpful. Honestly, we wish we had booked a few more nights because we didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay. Thank you again, Sam!

We, a family with 4 adults and 2 kids, stayed for one week. The house and the garden are an absolute paradise. Amazing pool and traditional moroccon furniture and decoration. The house alone is already exceptional but what made our vacation even better, are Abdou and his family. His wife is an amazing cook and she provided breakfast and Dinner for. Delicious and humongous portions. Abdou did provide transfers and an excellent day trip for us. Always polite and with a smile in his face. Our kids loved him. I would stay in the house again in a heartbeat. I can recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Morocco.

La villa de Jean-Pierre est en beaucoup de points parfaite, très belle déco, très propre. Petit bémol un peu excentrée donc obligation de prendre un taxi pour se déplacer et le bruit des avions un peu gênant.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans cette villa à Marrakech ! L’endroit est vraiment très sympa, avec une architecture soignée et élégante. Tout est d’une propreté impeccable. La piscine est un vrai bijou, parfaite pour profiter pleinement du soleil de Marrakech. Nous y avons passé de merveilleux moments en famille. Mr Walid a été exceptionnel : toujours disponible, à l’écoute et très accueillant. Il a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec gentillesse et efficacité. La villa est bien située, à quelques minutes du centre, avec plusieurs commodités à proximité. Mais ce qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour, c’est Monsieur le pisciniste. Sa générosité et sa gentillesse ont dépassé toutes nos attentes. Non seulement il veillait au bon état de la piscine, mais il a aussi eu une attention touchante en nous apportant du pain frais, un geste simple en apparence, mais qui a profondément réchauffé nos cœurs. C’est une personne qui incarne l’hospitalité marocaine. Grand merci.

The Riad is conveniently located and it is beautiful and comfortable. Jamal and Adil, the guide, were both very helpful and friendly. We opted for breakfast service at the Riad and it was excellent. I highly recommend Riad Baraka!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours en famille dans cette magnifique villa ! Tout était parfait : propre, bien équipée, spacieuse et fidèle aux photos. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons vraiment bien profité de chaque moment. Jennifer a été très accueillante, disponible et vraiment gentille du début à la fin. We had a magical stay at this peaceful villa near Marrakech. The setting was quiet and serene, with visits from a friendly cat, tortoises, and even peacocks. The villa was spotless and beautifully kept. Huge thanks to Fatima and Rachid—every meal they prepared was incredible, especially the lamb tagine we made during a cooking class with Fatima. They also took us to a local market, where we experienced authentic Moroccan life and enjoyed delicious BBQ lamb and beef. Rabia was amazing—super responsive and helpful throughout. This villa is perfect for relaxing away from the city and immersing yourself in real Moroccan culture. The only minor point was the kids’ sleeping setup, but they were happy and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to return! Thank you Fatima, Rachid and Rabia ⭐️

Serene place sourrounded by vast nothingness and the endless views of the ocean. Stylishly designed and furnished. Moroccan with European twist. Literally every single room has a view all the way from the bed…and sometimes even both bathroom and the toilet ;) Plenty of space to gather. Pool area with deckchairs, gazebo with table percect for dining under the stars, spacious dining table at the kitchen and massive living room with wood burning fire-place. Perfect both for couples like us, looking for bit more space and some peace and quiet and larger groups. As anything can be organised. Drivers, kite and surfing lessons, yoga, cooking on site. Heated pool was a bonus we did not expect. So were the shutters and darkening shades in most of the bedrooms - great sleep at night. Overall : simply amazing! The only downside is that everywhere is a quite a drive so own car is certainly recommended but this is the price to be paid for silence and privacy. Will come back for sure!
