A superb and ideally located accommodation in Gueliz. Restaurants and bakeries for breakfast or dinner are nearby. Access is very secure and next to the American school, which brings even more Serenity. A downside on the front door, managed by access code, very sensitive that wastes time to enter the accommodation. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and well equipped. Please note that there are works taking place that disrupt the calm from 7 a.m. on weekends as well. Everything else was perfect.

We came with friends, the place is safe, we parked very easily, everything was perfect, thank you for the entire team, the apartment is a haven of peace! Just magnificent & people love. I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for your kindness, it's so nice. See you very soon

Everything was perfect. We were there for two nights and we loved it. The apartment has a perfect location and everything you need. Also the communication with Abdelilah and the Assistent was really good. I can absolutely recommend the apartment to everyone. We hopefully coming back again!

The accommodation is even better than in the photos: modern decoration, cozy atmosphere, everything is clean and perfectly maintained. The hot tub is a real joy to relax, the PS5 clearly added a fun touch to our stay, and the air conditioning makes it all even more comfortable. We feel that everything has been thought out in every detail to provide a quality experience. The host was responsive, welcoming, and professional. Honestly, this is one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. I would recommend it without second thought, and I will come back without hesitation!

We had a great stay in this accommodation! Ideally located in the Medina, this accommodation is within walking distance and allows you to organize many visits from it. The plus: the very peaceful and pleasant terrace located on the roof of the accommodation. Jean-David and Julie are organized hosts and very responsive to all requests (before/during the stay). They welcome travelers very warmly and give very good advice (restaurants / visits to do / activities to do - book through their services). I highly recommend these hosts for a stay in Marrakech 😀

For any family traveling to Marrakech, look no further. This property is simply amazing, and the host, Salim, elevates the entire experience. He was exceptionally friendly, quick to respond to any questions, and went above and beyond to make our stay even more awesome. The property itself is a highlight, with several swimming pools providing endless fun for the children. They were completely captivated by watching the airplanes make their final approach to the nearby airport, all from the safety and comfort of the beautiful, expansive garden. For the parents, it’s a true haven of relaxation. The private garden space offers a stunning and tranquil view, perfect for unwinding. While it feels like a secluded retreat, you are incredibly close to the action, less than five minutes from all the major sights and sounds of central Marrakech. Even as a local resident, I was blown away. Thanks to Salim's hospitality and the wonderful property, We will definitely be back!

Amazing place, clean, refined decor, exactly as pictured. A breath of fresh air as soon as you enter after a long day visiting or doing activities in Marrakech. Anissa and Nicolas are just the best, always there for us, they respond very quickly. They guide us if we need us and recommend a very good place! I'll be back in Marrakech and stay there again! This is just a 10/10, 20/20. If you hesitate to book you already make a mistake, then go for it! I'd recommend it without so much as a second

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We did not use the kitchen but it is very large and seems to be well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it doesn't happen much in Morocco but a small curtain for the shower would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main axes of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, horse-drawn carriage rides next door. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small convenience store downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to get there, so you can't go in a simple swimsuit, you have to dress since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and have good advice, thank you very much to you both!
