Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

A guardhouse from the 14th (1390) Middle Ages, the 70 m² loft is located on the 1st floor (quiet alley in the historic center). Former captains' dwelling protecting one of the gates of the ramparts of Sarlat. Period architectural elements: ribs, sink, fireplace. Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, Chez Colette et Mimi, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful areas of Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It's the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne region. Chez Colette et Mimi is the old barn, built in 1702, which we converted into a luxurious house.

Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et d'une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez une terrasse et un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.
