In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of Avşa Island. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the grocery stores and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the seafront and the fact that the island is located in a reputable family environment, the daily accommodation facility is very few and has the most tranquil beach around it.

Our apartment is in center of Avşa Island. The items of our apartment are completely zero and very suitable for long-term stays. It is right in the center of Avsa on the side of the amusement park and is located on the seafront. Five minutes walk to the pier. The supermarkets are right next to us and there is Migros market on the ground floor of the building we are in, and there is Şok market in front of us. It is an ideal apartment for families. Our stay at Marmara Island was really great! The location of this beachfront resort could not have been better – we had a spectacular view and were able to listen to the sound of the waves at any moment. The accommodation is quite comfortable and had everything one would need to rest. Transportation to the island is very easy by ship. The beauty of the island is not only limited to the sea and the beach, but the mountainous area behind it is also very impressive. The perfect spot for long walks or bike tours. Ideal for those who want to get away from the stress of city life and just relax. We will definitely be back!

First of all, I can say that it is the address of those who are looking for calm. You can go on foot near the center. We had a good time on the terrace. The room is very clean and a family atmosphere. It is special that you can feel in your own home. General cleaning and order were very good. We will definitely stop by when we arrive. Ms. Elma is a very sweet and human host. We loved her very much:) Thank you for everything.

We had a great stay experience! Our host, Mr. Murat, was friendly, versatile and very knowledgeable. Thanks to his passion for fish and his hospitality, we felt very comfortable. Especially the grilled fish with the sauce she prepared were incredibly delicious! It also does a boat and fish tour when the weather is nice, which added a great experience to our stay. The area was quite calm during the winter season, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our host also had very detailed information about the area and gave us great recommendations. We felt like we'd known him for years. We would definitely recommend!

Thank you very much Ms. Nuray and her husband. They welcomed us very warmly from the moment we got off the ship. Even though we arrived on the island late, they introduced the island and were very interested. They made it easy for us to come to the island and to our return. We stayed on the terrace floor. It was a great house, a great view and a very safe neighborhood. It was a house very close to the center and the sea. We are leaving the house very much willing to come back:)

Mr. Murat and his family are very caring and friendly people. The place we stayed was quite clean. My mother had a little difficulty because the stairs going up to the upper floor in the house were very steep. It may be a problem that there is no toilet upstairs. There are also amenities such as beach chairs, camellias, and hammocks for the use of the apartment. It is about 30 minutes away from the center of Erdek. It can be preferred for a peaceful holiday. We also liked that Mr. Murat and his family are animal lovers. Thank you.
