Everything was thought out in the house and the house was extremely clean. The location of the house was 2 minutes walking distance to the sea. The sea was very nice and clean. The room is very clean and a family atmosphere. It is special that you can feel in your own home. General cleaning and order were very good. We will definitely stop by when we arrive. We had a great stay experience! Our host, Mr. Murat, was friendly, versatile and very knowledgeable. Thanks to his passion for fish and his hospitality, we felt very comfortable. Especially the grilled fish with the sauce she prepared were incredibly delicious! It also does a boat and fish tour when the weather is nice, which added a great experience to our stay. The area was quite calm during the winter season, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our host also had very detailed information about the area and gave us great recommendations. Mr. Murat and his family are very caring and friendly people. The place we stayed was quite clean. My mother had a little difficulty because the stairs going up to the upper floor in the house were very steep. It may be a problem that there is no toilet upstairs. There are also amenities such as beach chairs, camellias, and hammocks for the use of the apartment. It is about 30 minutes away from the center of Erdek. It can be preferred for a peaceful holiday. The hostel is in a perfect location. It is also within walking distance to the sea and the beach is perfect. The hostel was very clean and tidy. We especially liked the interior and exterior decoration of the hostel. It had a perfect garden. We were greeted at home temperature. The hostel owners helped with everything. He took good care of us during our entrance to the building. We easily settled in the apartment and had no problem with the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment was on the top floor. The living area was at the front of the property with a good sea view. The apartment had a big covered balcony with table and chairs. The living room has 2 fold out couches and an air conditioner. We slept here to use the air-con for sleeping in the evening. There is a bedroom at the back of the property also with a huge undercover balcony. There is a double and single bed in the room. There is no wardrobe for packing out clothing and no bedside cupboard or lamps. Just the main ceiling lamp. Bedding was new and clean. Location is right at the ferry port. There are restaurants, shops, auto banks, pharmacies right there. Beaches are within a minutes walk and the beaches are clean and sandy. An amazing 2 or 3 day get away. The bonus was the ferry that took 4 hours from Istanbul. The host is very kind and helpful. I can highly recommend this property. It is also pet friendly. This apartment had lift access to the 3rd floor and there are steps.
