We stayed at the house for weekend of birthday celebrations, the house was great and the garden, pool and surroundings were fabulous. The kitchen area was perfect for gatherings and loads of space to unpack. The beds were really comfortable, maybe an option to have a couple of additional twin beds as the majority were all double. The house was spotless and with the weather being perfect we couldn’t have asked for more. Anne was accommodating in all requests and information about the local area. I would highly recommend this property, we had a fabulous weekend.

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

We spent Christmas at Salix House and we were 11 pax in the party. Charlotte is an amazing hostess and her property is absolutely fabulous! The house is very well equipped and there’s so much to do: ping pong table, football, books and bars games. We had a fantastic time there and we would love to book to go in the summer! Georgina was a great host, she was there to meet us, and very friendly and interested in our trip. We had booked to go into Oxford for a gig and this was the prefect out of city escape. The home was lovely and Georgina reached out before, and on the day or arrival to check in. She made sure we had everything we needed, which we did. The place is well kitted out and very comfortable and homely. We even got to meet their gorgeous doggos. Would recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a great weekend at stable cottage, location exactly as described, beautiful setting and really comfy beds! The amenities in the place were great and we really enjoyed the log fire in the evenings. Would definitely recommend!

This is our second stay at Four Winds and it definitely won't be our last! Everything here is perfect - the lovely annexe itself is spacious, extremely well equipped, gorgeous bed linens and fluffy towels. Just like the last time we stayed here, it's the additional activities and surrounding space that really elevate this place. The games room and the swimming pool are absolutely amazing, as is the grounds, and the woodland walks straight from the front door. Communication was excellent throughout. Thank you so much - we'll be back!

We had such a great fews days in Henley made all the better by Emily’s lovely cottage which could not have been more perfect. We also visited Marlow and a few other smaller nearby villages all of which were equally pretty. The Cheese Shed at Nettlebed is also worth a visit and do delicious cheese toasties!

The house was absolutely lovely – the perfect getaway for us and a few friends. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Phoebe was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and welcoming, even greeting us when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the hot tub was brilliant! The lodge had everything we needed and Gogos restaurant is phenomenal right on the doorstep 🙂 just ensure you mention the lodge no so your discount comes off the bill because we didn’t, and booking is essential at weekends for breakfast or dinner, it gets very busy.

Great place to stay, very helpful and accommodating

Our stay in Henley-on-Thames was made extra special by staying at Peter’s home. We had a beautiful, clean, organized home to retreat to after a day of visiting and playing tourist! It had everything we needed and more! The back patio was a wonderful relaxing space to wind down in. Walking to anything was manageable, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping in general and especially for us really close to friends we were visiting. What always makes things go smoothly is the host and Peter was great! When we come back to visit our friends we would definitely stay at Peter’s home again!

We appreciated our stay a lot! Brand new house! Clean and nice! All equipment works well and there is everything you need for the comfort! Highly recommend!

A great stay. The property was spotless and well equipped and just a few minutes walk to the local shops and marina, it made an excellent base for commuting to High Wycombe for a sporting event. Communication was great from the start, with easy directions.

Just back from a lovely stay in Old Windsor. The accommodation was beautiful, and looked after by the lovely and helpful Lucy. Windsor & Datchet are a 30 minute walk or 2 minutes in the Car or bus. Slough is 10 minutes away and a great train service which gets you into London within 15 mins. Casa by Grace is a beautiful home and immaculate inside, couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.

Sian was a fabulous host, the cottage was beautiful and my kids loved it. It was cosy, beautiful views, lovely English countryside and Sian helped a very jet lagged family from Australia get settled in. We would definitely visit here again.

We spent an enjoyable 3 weeks in this very old cottage which has been tastefully and sympathetically restored keeping its original low beams and features. Sydenham is a charming Oxfordshire village very close to the Chilterns. It’s an ideal place to explore from. There are lovely walks and views. It’s an easy drive to the market town of Thame and other thatched villages, many of which appear in Midsomer Murders. The Crown opposite provides pub meals and has a lovely garden.

Folley’s Barn is spacious and very comfortable. A large living and kitchen area with plenty of seating. The hamper was a lovely addition and went down well! We enjoyed a relaxing 3 night stay and would recommend the barn as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We visited Cliveden, Marlow and Henley on Thames. We also enjoyed a meal at the Lions in Bledlow and a takeaway from the Cinnamon Longe.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at V's through Airbnb, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, V was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our experience was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend notifying her of your arrival time; it allows her to prepare everything perfectly. Upon entering, we were greeted by a delightful assortment of thoughtful touches that made our stay feel uniquely special. V had arranged a delightful spread of personalized breakfast items upon request, featuring artisan breads, jams, butter, and even delicious chocolates and a cake waiting for us. The warm ambiance, enhanced by soft music and gentle lighting, instantly made us feel at home. V's interior decor is truly one of a kind, reflecting her fantastic personality and talent for design. We had a lovely stay in Windsor. Our hosts were extremely responsive and made us feel like we could just relax and enjoy our stay. The house also smelled amazing with these beautiful diffusers!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and exceeded expectations. It is decorated to a high standard. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds are both a good size and beds very comfortable. We all slept well. Some people have commented on noise from the road, yes you can hear the traffic but it did not bother us through the night. The garden is enclosed and perfect for eating out in. If you don't want to cook a meal I would recommend the three Crowns just a 5 minute walk up the road. There is also an Indian restaurant a 4 minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive to messages. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

A lovely clean home with parking in the drive for about 5 cars. The location was decent and had options of activities in the surrounding areas. Guest notified of expectations of the owner prior to arrival as well as on clipboard in kitchen. The bedrooms were decent size and with enough bathroom facilities for a group of 16. The living room didn't have enough sitting for 16 people and some had to sit on dinning table. The kitchen was well equipped and fully functioning. The garden was nice however, if it was slightly more maintained , it would have been more enjoyable to play in.
