The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Vippachedelhausen is located in the triangle of cities Jena, Weimar, and Erfurt and is ideal for excursions in the region. The place is directly connected to the cycling network of Central Thuringia and offers good opportunities for cycling and hiking. Swimming options are available at a natural lake (about 2 km) as well as at the gravel ponds near Erfurt (about 10 km). Shopping facilities are available. Garden with fire pit and hammock. Bicycles, a kayak, and a sauna can be used or booked additionally.

Home to Goethe and Schiller, Bauhaus and rich with culture, there is so much to see and do in this area. Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.
