You, your friends or your family are welcome to my humble place in Budva! Even though it's just a studio, it comes with a few perks. You will have a gated parking spot, full kitchen, balcony and plenty of wardrobe space. The layout is optimal for one couple or two friends, but 2 couples or a smaller family can stay comfortably without any issues. This is nice apartment in small residential building. It has 2 terraces, one with a nice view over the public garden. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for families. The parking is not private it is public and free. The apartment is near bus station, and it is 10 minutes walk from the coast, 15-20 minites walk to the Old town. The wifi is great for digital nomads and video calls, 90mbps download, 5mbps upload, tv over 150 channels. There are a lot of mini markets and supermarkets near by.
