Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Cozy cottage located right on the water's edge with large south facing terrace. During the summer months there is a rowboat and a canoe at your own jetty as well as charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cabin that reaches all the way down to the jetty. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can hang out in the evenings. The small kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your holiday, such as a microwave dishwasher as well as a large fridge and freezer.

Have you always dreamed of a small cottage in the forest? Here you will find a unique little cottage from the 1700s. Here you can listen to the crackling from both the tiled stove and wood stove. There are beautiful walking trails and exercise trails in the forest and a small forest lake very close by. There are sheep in the pastures all year round and the cottage is a bit away from the farmhouse where there is a family with children. On the farm there are also other animals such as cats, chickens and ducks.

I skogen finns mycke svamp. I sjön kan man fiska Gädda, Brax, Abborre mm. Eka med åror ingår och med den kan man ta sig över till vackra klippor på andra sidan viken.

Drive 1.5 kilometers towards Skene, take the sign for Tocknarås, continue for about 2 kilometers and you will arrive. You can see cranes and deer almost every day and hares. The house is 84 sqm and was built in 1996. In the kitchen, there is both an electric stove and a wood stove.

I Sätila finns det långa fina sandstränder som ligger 5 min promenad från lägenheten / rummet.
