Holiday rentals with a patio in Marjan Island

Had great time at the apartment. It’s located in the gated community with many local amenities such as pharmacy or 24/7 shop. The apartment is of a good size with less than 50 meters to the beach. In the area there’s a running track, playground, pools, outdoor gym and quite a few food trucks nearby. Apartment has everything you need to cook some simple meals or make hot beverages (including drip filter coffee machine and pod machine). The host was super quick to resolve any queries and allowed us to check in much earlier which was great given we had early morning flight.

Omar was a great host . I stayed for one month and during my stay he was responsive always to any questions and always checking if everything is okay. The location is beautiful , peaceful and the apartment has everything you need . Would gladly stay here again .

Me and my wife had a great time. We skip most of our itinerary in going outside since we just love the place especially during sunset. We will definitely recommend and would love to go back.

I recently stayed in this lovely studio, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location was perfect. The studio itself was clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like extra towels and coffee supplies. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot. I would definitely stay here again!

Très bon séjour dans le studio de Tim bien équipé et joliment meublé. Vue imprenable sur le golf persique depuis le balcon. Plage privée où vous pouvez voir des petites raies si vous êtes observateur :) Nombreuses facilités sur place très agréables (court tennis et piscine chauffée en rooftop accessible jusqu'à 22h, sauna, hammam). Supermarché pratique pour faire ses courses au pied de l'immeuble et plusieurs restaurants et cafés. Merci à Tim, Catherine et Nazar pour l'accueil également. Nous nous reverrons 🙂

We had a great time at the villa resort!. The place was peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Overall atmosphere made our stay really enjoyable. Just a small suggestion , it would be great if they could provide a kettle in the kitchen for hot water. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we truly had fun.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a unique charm that set it apart from the typical UAE style—more serene, cozy, and full of character. The ambience was refreshing and made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. This place felt home. Every corner was so well done. The host and cohost were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had nothing to complain about and a great place to chill with a swimming pool on the terrace. Loved the stay and will definitely visit again.

The villa was really nice, new and spacious. The place was fully air-conditioned. It was 1 min walk to the beach, pool and gym. Plenty of food and cafe options nearby .

Villa war sehr traumhaft und äußerst sauber. Der Housekeeper ist zudem sehr nett und direkt neben an. Er ist immer da wenn man ihn braucht. Nur die Lage ist etwas ungünstig da es keine gepflasterten Straßen gibt die letzten 500m

Wow, can’t really describe how lovely this place is, you just have to see it to believe it. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet area near the mountains. Close to Jabal Jais for lots of sightseeing. The pool is heated and great for both adults and kids. The place is clean and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended.

Logement tres bien situé a 50m de la plage et corniche.parking public gratuit dans la rue.quartier populaire mais tres respectueux. Beaucoup de restauration dans la rue tres propre et pas cher.boulangerie au coin de la rue délicieuse avec patisserie et pain cuit sur place.l immeuble a un ascenseur. Point a ameliorer la cuisine est ancienne et manque rangement dans salle de bain.le hote tres reactif ,tres acceuillant et qui repond a toutes nos questions. A savoir:mosquee en face et on entend l appel a la priere a laube

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

Real Airbnb experience. Bed and Breakfast. Very good. Especially bathtub.
