Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. Very welcoming and friendly host, apartment itself was immaculate very clean and well equipped for everyday necessities. Great location 24hr supermarket across the street and peaceful ambient. Highly recommend and will be going back for sure.

Un super logement impeccable ! Très propre et moderne, très agréable avec une terrasse qui propose une vue magnifique ! Patrizia est disponible pour toutes questions et a été très sympa pour notre arrivée et pour ses conseils. Le logement est situé en centre ville qui permet la visite de Tivoli à pied, tout l'équipement est parfait à l'intérieur, et climatisé.... Je recommande ce lieu qui vous donnera l'occasion de découvrir les lieux immanquables de Tivoli et à quelques kilomètres de Rome. Merci à Patrizia pour sa gentillesse et son accompagnement.

Zona periferica. Quartiere tranquillo ma privo di luoghi in cui pranzare o cenare se non con spostamenti in auto. Luoghi di interesse a 30/35 minuti di auto Zoomarine, Cinecittà World, Torvaianica, outlet Castel Romano. Per i supermarket si arriva a Pavona ( 8/10 minuti ) o Pomezia ( 8/10 minuti ) in auto. in casa dotazione completa perfetta, come unica indicazione/consiglio, suggerisco di dotare l'appartamento di un sistema di repellenza anti zanzare perché le zanzariere possono non essere sufficienti.

Chiara was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, always responsive and communicative. The house was very clean and cozy, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is quiet and beautiful, with a lot of greenery and close to supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. Thank you!

Sarah war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns schon freudig am Fenster erwartet, wodurch wir uns sofort sehr willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und ordentlich – ein echter Pluspunkt! Die Lage ist gut angebunden; mit der Tram erreicht man von Rom Termini in etwa 15 Minuten die Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Zugänglichkeit zur Unterkunft in der Nacht. Ab ungefähr 22:30 Uhr fahren die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nicht mehr, weswegen es manchmal etwas schwierig mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr nachts zu der Unterkunft zu kommen, zudem waren die Busse, die abends vereinzelt gefahren sind, oft sehr voll. Nichts für Nachtaktive. Trotz dieser kleinen Einschränkungen würden wir Sarahs Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, besonders wenn man Wert auf eine herzliche Gastgeberin und eine saubere Unterkunft legt.

Marco y Viviane son excelentes anfitriones. Muy cálidos, atentos y generosos. El departamento es hermoso y ubicado en una zona muy linda y tranquila con todos los servicios cerca. Fue una estadía corta pero perfecta!

This stay was magic. If you’re not able to use stairs, this will be a problematic location - however, if you are mobile and able to carry luggage up tight/steep stairs - you’ll love this place. It was clean and well equipped - with a terrace that made our stay amazing. Spacious with a wonderful view for miles and miles. When we return to Tivoli, this is where we will stay.

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

We had a wonderful stay at Federica’s apartment in Rome. It was the perfect place to return to after exploring the city’s many tourist spots. The location is fantastic — with the metro just around the corner, getting around was so easy. There’s also a 24-hour shop nearby, and a few lovely restaurants offering gluten-free options, which was especially important for our son who is celiac. What made our stay even more special was finding a dedicated gluten-free shop right under the apartment — such a rare and wonderful convenience! The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Federica really thought of the little things too — there was coffee, olive oil in the kitchen, and even laundry tablets ready for us. One of our favorite parts was the terrace. After long, busy days in Rome, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or simply relax in the evening air. Thank you, Federica, for a lovely stay!

Schöne saubere Unterkunft. Metro, Supermärkte, Restaurants alles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Marianna ist total nett und sehr hilfsbereit und hat super Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben👍🏼

Tuvimos una estadía cómoda y tranquila. Todo limpio y equipado con todo lo que alguien que esta buscando como para sentirse en casa. Si bien queda a 1 hora de viaje de Roma el acceso es fácil desde la estación Termini desde donde se toma el metro para hacer todo el recorrido turístico. También hay opción de acceso en bus. Buena relación costo-beneficio. Los anfitriones muy atentos.

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Wunder … Wunder … Wunderschön. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Schon im Vorfeld hat uns Svilena mit „Rat und Tat“ zur Seite gestanden. Ein herzlicher Empfang erwartete uns dann bei unserer Ankunft. Lage, Lage: mitten in der Stadt (der Bus fährt vor der Tür ab, die Tram nur 100 Meter entfernt) wird man von betörendem Jasmin-Duft begrüßt. Ein kleiner Pool, ein Relax Chill-Ecke und ein großer Tisch laden zur Entspannung im Garten ein. Die Außenküche ist einfach nur praktisch. Mit zahlreichen Designermöbeln ist der Wohn-/Essbereich wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet. Hier kann man am langen Eichentisch herrlich frühstücken oder dinieren. Alles in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer, die Bäder, Nachtwäsche, Handtücher … alles sehr, sehr ordentlich. Und immer wieder erfreut sich das Auge an schöner Kunst, interessanten Bildern und liebevollen Kleinigkeiten. Was fehlt: N I X ! Garnichts! Man kann sich hier wirklich nur wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

As always this is our favourite Airbnb! Antonino is the best host and the apartment has everything you need and more. Location is perfect with 10 Minute walk to the beach, two supermarkets literally around the corner, bike rental vis a vis. It cannot get much better than this!

Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

Flavio harika bir ev sahibi. Her konuda yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev ve manzarası huzur dolu. Yakın çevrede alışveriş ve yemek yenecek iyi restoranlar mevcut. Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage. Abends is diese Gegend sehr belebt, dennoch hört man wenig in der Wohnung. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Der Pool und der Garten sind eine Oase. Der Pool ist erst von 11 Uhr bis 13 Uhr und dann wieder von 15 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr zugänglich und man wird von einem freundlichen Aufpasser überwacht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ein ganzes Stück weg. Taxis stehen jedoch am Plazza Trilussa. Vom Flughafen aus gibt es regulierte Taxipreise (55€) für die Fahrten, sodass man kein Taxi vorbuchen muss. Rodel ist sehr hilfreich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
