This accommodation breathes tranquility. Charming house, overlooking Puente Genil, in the heart of the city, walking access to shopping and leisure areas. It has a ground floor, living room, kitchen and toilet; first floor with two bedrooms, one of them with a 1.35 bed and another with two 80 beds and bathroom; third floor terrace with views. Parking is available nearby. Next to a public park and areas of interest without having to use a car. The fireplace in the house does NOT work.

The house is 1 km from the Roya Spring, where there is a source of filtered water from the Sierra.

Small independent rural house in Andalusian style on an olive farm, 100 meters from the owners' house. The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for the guests of this house. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too! They sleep inside the owner´s house.

With 12ha of land, in which we work with permaculture concepts, we have a vineyard, olive, carob, almond or fig trees among other fruit trees. We have our brand of extra virgin olive oil only from this property. There are wild animals such as wild goats, deers, wild boars, foxes, owls, vultures and many more..

Isolated, but only 1km from the village, at its feet runs the greenway, an old railway line that links the three mountain ranges (Sevilla Sur, Grazalema and Ronda) and that has been recovered for active tourism. In the old station, just a few metres from the farm, you can enjoy the local cuisine, after a fresh morning discovering the trails of the valley.

illa Colona is a spectacular luxury rural house. In the center of Andalusia, at the foot of the A4 Highway, a crossroads between Córdoba, Seville, Málaga and Granada. The villa of more than 300 m2 is made up of two houses, Casa Reifs and Casa Olavide, which are connected by an interior patio. Each of them with their own common areas; exterior, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Its decoration is unique based on recycled objects.
