Beachfront holiday rentals in Marina di San Nicola

This place was absolutely charming! The space was cozy, clean, and full of character — from the rustic wooden furniture to the sweet little kitchen setup. The views from the windows were incredible, with colorful flowers framing the water just steps away. It was peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing to note: we did get a few stares from people in the area, and the police drove by a couple of times. It felt a little uncomfortable at first, but it may just be routine for the neighborhood. Still, the beauty and calm of the location made it a worthwhile experience overall. Would recommend for anyone looking for a scenic, quiet escape.

Fabrizio was very helpful and very informative to us. Apartment was so cozy and sparkles. Definitely worth it. We love the atmosphere included the restaurants and shops. Fabrizio was so nice to picked up at the airport and later took us to the port so we can get to our cruise. We want to come back in the future with our boys. Gracias Fabrizio!!

Impeccable stay. Extraordinary location for both days at the beach and evening entertainment. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Very helpful and always available host. We will definitely be back.

Sergio was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He gave clear instructions at all times, responded quickly with great recommendations for places to visit, and made sure everything was smooth. The place was clean, had a great atmosphere, and truly had all the accommodations we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla’s. The apartment was all that we needed and gave us a relaxing base from which we used the train to get to Rome. The apartment had plenty of space, was a relaxing environment and was literally as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What really stands out though is Camilla and her communication and willing assistance when we had questions or needed help. I can’t recommend her enough.

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

We spent one night and we liked it very much. Daniele is very likeable and uncomplicated. The turtles in the garden are also very sweet!

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and comfortable :). The kitchen had everything what you need, terrace is huuuge. Gulio is very nice and helpful, responds quickly and put a smile on your face :). He was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would consider this place to go one more time when I visit Anzio :). We felt well taken care of there. I recommend!

Dana has been great with us and the villa kinga is a perfect location for relaxing while being walkable from the Anzio beaches. Fully equiped and very clean. +++

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

This was our absolute favorite Airbnb place in all of Italy, and we stayed at 5 different places during a 10 day trip. There are lots of places to stay in Ostia. Book this one now. You will thank yourself when you get here! The place is beautiful. Nice view with visible water from the cute and good sized balcony. Very spacious and modern. Great air conditioning. Drinkable kitchen water. Comfortable bed and even extra pillows. Great location with tons of nearby restaurants and easy beach and pier access. Christian also booked us a van to get to the airport last minute. He’s such a kind and enthusiastic host. Best stay in all of Italia. Buon viaggio!

Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. We stayed at apartment for 4 nights, everything went nicely. We were welcomed in person, everything was instructed, the apartment was as per description, and when we left, Carla picked up the keys from us and returned the deposit. The Wi-Fi did not work, but that was so me issue within the town Internet provider.

Francesca's place was beautiful and spacious - perfect for a short stay with a friend. The sofa bed was just as comfortable as a bed and had its own privacy. Francesca's communication was prompt and friendly and she accommodated our needs as much as she could, which was lovely. We got to meet her and her boyfriend and they were both really nice. She made sure we were comfortable and gave us many great suggestions for restaurants as well as transport which made our stay so pleasant and easy. Fiumicino has lovely peaceful beaches within a few minutes of the apartment and several restaurants with reasonable prices just down the road. We had fresh fish on the beach! It's very convenient that there is a supermarket next door also. I would visit Fiumicino again and stay at Francesca's in a heartbeat! I was sorry to leave. Thank you Francesca!
