L’appartement étais au top avec le parking intérieur la hôte étais très sympa nous sa conseille pour divers activité ou repas Je vous conseille si vous rechercher un appartement pour 7 personne

Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und vor allem auch der Lage der Wohnung. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe, sonst paar Minuten entfernt Parkplatz für 2 Euro am Tag. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zur Hauptstraße mit tollen Essens Möglichkeiten, aber trotzdem etwas privat, weil sie sich in einer Art Hinterhof befindet. Alessandro war stehts top erreichbar und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben, check in und check out total einfach mit code. Alles da, was man braucht für den Urlaub. Das einzige, was man beachten muss ist, dass das Wlan Signal schwach ist, weil man es sich teilt und man kann nicht mehrere Haushaltsgeräte gleichzeitig bedienen (z.b. Waschmaschine und Herd).

Nous avons été accueilli par Daniele, tres chaleureux et extrêmement gentil, il nous a fait part de toutes les activités à faire et les endroits sympas à visiter, Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description de l’annonce, très propre et bien pensé il se trouve dans un cadre calme proche de la plage et de toutes les autres commodités sans prendre la voiture, Le séjour c’est très bien passé nous le recommandons vivement

Appartamento nuovo e veramente bello. Inoltre ho trovato la casa molto pulita ed ordinata. La posizione è ottima, 2 minuti a piedi dal mare , ma al tempo stesso zona molto tranquilla. Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile nel accontentare le mie richieste ( viaggiavo con 2 bambini, e mi ha lasciato molta libertà nel check in e check out ). Torneremo sicuramente.

Casa come da foto se non meglio , molto carina e molto pulita. Vicinissima al mare e vicinissima a tutto. Se sarà libera la prossima volta che mi servirà la riprenoteró sicuramente !

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Das Haus liegt ruhig im Grünen und hat einen tollen Garten, den man sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht genießen kann. Wir konnten viel Spaß im Pool haben und mussten uns gleichzeitig nicht so sehr um unser Kind sorgen, da der Beckenrand schön hoch ist und es nicht allein hineinklettern oder fallen konnte. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und sehr geräumig. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten Autofahrt und es sind auch ansonsten viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Fabio, der Manager, und auch die Besitzer selbst waren sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle, als wir einmal Hilfe benötigten. Danke! :-)

Wir waren eine Woche bei Tiziana zu Gast, die Unterkunft ist perfekt geeignet mit Hund, das Meer ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Gegend ist sehr schön und es gibt viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Tiziana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin war immer sofort erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen bei ihr eine Auszeit zu nehmen und die Gegend und die Unterkunft zu genießen!

Schöne Unterkunft, leider keine Antwort auf meine Frage zum Check in, aber ansonsten sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Super Lage direkt am Strand, toller Pool. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Alloggio fornito di tutto, in posizione tranquilla immersa nella natura, a due passi dalla spiaggia e con una bellissima piscina.

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura per lavoro. Al mio arrivo mi hanno comunicato che avrei usufruito di un upgrade gratuito e mi è stata assegnata una stanza con vista mare. Tutto perfetto.

La dimora è molto spaziosa, dalla struttura particolare. Molto disponibili i proprietari. Pochi minuti a piedi e si è in spiaggia. Il lido san Giuliano è tranquillo e adatto a famiglie con bambini. Poco oltre, la spiaggia e il centro di Rimini. Vicinissimi alla casa supermarket e ortofrutta, poco oltre pizzerie e ristorantini. Benvenuti nella nostra bella Italia.

Haus ist in einem gute Lage. Zu Fuß 25-35 Minuten weit weg von Strände. Nicoletta war immer erreichbar und hat geholfen. Nur Wasserdruck in obere Badezimmer war nicht genug. Sonst alles war echt super. Vielen lieben Dank Nicoletta für deine Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft. Liebe Grüße aus Tirol Engin

Per chi vuole rilassarsi, il lido di Volano è il posto giusto! È un luogo molto tranquillo ed in questo periodo per niente rumoroso. Mare con lidi a pochi passi . Spiaggia libera a 15 minuti di passeggiata attraverso la pineta . Appartamento come in foto e molto pulito. Elisa sempre disponibile e gentile. Molto gradito il kit di benvenuto e kit prima colazione. Ci torneremo. Consigliato!

We would come back here in a heartbeat. A beautiful little house, stylish decor, thoughtful fixtures and fittings. It’s in a lovely area, maybe the best in Rimini. The local taxi driver who dropped us there certainly thought so. A few moments walk to interesting historical sites and bars and restaurants. Cristiana was the perfect host, sending recommendations for restaurants and bars, which were much appreciated. Great communication beforehand too, timely messages about arrival procedure. Our stay here was perfect, highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft war sehr groß, sauber und war sehr gut ausgestattet! Es hat weder an Möbeln noch an Haushaltsgeräten gefehlt. Das Haus lag nahe am Spar Supermarkt und auch der Strand war zu Fuß schnell erreichbar! Matteo ist ein vorzeige Gastgeber der uns immer geholfen hat und sehr freundlich war! Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen!

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft und waren sehr begeistert. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail, fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause. Alles war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls privat und großzügig. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber Giovanni hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen, war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er ist stets erreichbar gewesen und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir wurden direkt am Bahnhof empfangen und am Abreisetag auch wieder zum Bahnhof begleitet. Alles war perfekt und wir würden uns auf jeden Fall erneut für diese Unterkunft entscheiden!
