Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Marina di Pietrasanta

We were 4 guys looking for a place to stay for one night only because of the comic book fair in Lucca. Ilaria was really very nice right away, also helpful and friendly. The place was beautiful, very clean, tidy and extremely well maintained. As soon as we entered, we immediately felt at home, with the very idea of a welcoming place. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen very clean and accessible, the bathroom, although small, has a wonderful shower to relax after a busy day. In conclusion, wonderful accommodation. We will keep it in mind for future vacation plans.

Luca's accommodation matches his description, beautiful renovation, clean, spacious, everything to relax. Quiet neighborhood but difficult to park in the evening. Allow 25 min walk from the central station (currently works on the route, so a small detour). We didn't test the bus. In the end, an excellent stay at Luca's to visit the Cinque Terre and Liguria; we will recommend it to our acquaintances. Thanks again Luca for being super responsive and so late at night when we arrived because we hadn't read the messages from the Airbnb site and so hadn't taken note of the very detailed explanations to find the accommodation. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings very much. Kate was very helpful and communicative. She very kindly left us some food (and Prosecco!) as our flight was delayed which meant we missed the supermarket visit prior to checking in. She made recommendations for thermal baths when we showed interest in these and she delivered a little bottle of delicious limoncello as an extra treat during our 5-night stay! The view from the pool is amazing and swimming and lounging on the sun beds in that area were very relaxing. The drive to the accommodation is quite challenging up a narrow, steep mountain road with hairpin bends, which did give us the willies when driving there, especially in the dark! But all in all a wonderful stay - thank you!

Great experience in Italy - me and my family really enjoyed the stay. Never managed to get bored as there is so much to do in the area around the town. The parking space was really helpful 👌Special thanks to our lovely hosts who were sooo helpful and easy going. Grazie and see you next time guys

The apartment is very spacious and was comfortable for our stay in Lerici. It was nice having 2 bathrooms for our group of 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the location is extremely convenient to everything Lerici has to offer. Simply walk out the gate and you are on the walkway that leads to downtown and the harbor - note it's a steep walkway for the return up the hill! It is also very secure and comes with a parking spot to use, which is a rarity, and was required for our recent stay. Giuliana was very welcoming and kind.

What a view! Arturo’s place was fantastic. Well looked after with fantastic facilities and a stunning view across the bay of La Spezia, without being too close to be disturbed, and yet close enough to explore the beautiful coastal towns this area has to offer. Arturo kindly picked us up from the train station and was very accommodating, telling us everything that was around the apartment and giving us every last detail about buses, trains and cheapest places to get ferries. It was a delight to stay here and we would highly recommend.

We spent a short vacation at Irene's house and it was like being at home. It is a beautiful house suitable for 4 people, tastefully furnished and very cozy. We fell in love with the outdoor space where many antique objects have been enhanced to the fullest. Irene is a truly prepared, welcoming and very helpful host. It will be a pleasure for us to return.

We were here with 4 adults and a toddler. The house is beautifully located and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is nicely furnished and has enough space for the toddler. We will be happy to come back.

Massimo and Brunella are wonderful hosts! The minute we met them it felt like we have known them for years. The house is beautiful, fully equiped, and has a fabulous outdoor space. We felt that Massimo really cared about us and did the utmost to make us feel at home. We spent two weeks at the property and it was amazing due to Massimo's splendid hospitality. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful accommodation! We really liked how the interior and exterior are furnished. I particularly liked the garden. There are many charming corners to discover, with statues hidden in the greenery and small tables. Ideal location to spend a weekend in the countryside relaxing away from the city.

We were guests in this beautiful house and we had a great time! Very helpful host, punctual in responses and very kind! Everything is super!!!

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Lovely little place, perfect for a couple. Very peaceful, absolutely beautiful scenery. Very clean, with an amazing host. Would happily go back. The only thing I would say is, that the drive to the property can be challenging for drivers who don’t have a lot of confidence. Other than this, it’s an amazing house, lots of character, we loved it!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

A house with a lot of charm and personality, very close to the train station and comfortable to get to after touring Cinqueterre

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing host and showed us everything during checkin ..

We loved staying at Adriana’s Air B&B! The building was very historical and it was fun to ride in the antique elevator. The apartment had everything you’d need and felt very comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, the building has an excellent convenience store/bakery at the bottom level and around the corner is a grocery store. We felt like we had a true Italian experience with local spots to eat very nearby. Adriana was a wonderful host and took the time to get us acquainted with the apartment when we arrived. She also was very prompt on responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this Air B&B.

George's apartment is modern, beautifully furnished and well located. My family and I enjoyed staying here and felt right at home. All the amenities (TV, oven, air con) are easy to use, and the rear garden is a total sun trap. George is also really quick at replying and very helpful, with questions and advice.

Thank you Grazia for your welcome and your good advice that allowed us to discover other gems around the Cinque Terre and La Spezia. The accommodation is comfortable and pleasant, we felt very good there. Parking is a real plus for the comfort of the stay. We recommend this place where the train station, the buses, the port are easily accessible and allow you to discover this beautiful region. Grazie mille!

Great welcome from hostess Gisella. Great view of the cathedral, Duomo di San Martino from the apartment. Bright, cozy, clean, neat apartment full of loving details. Gisella waited for us with cold water (almost entering summer) and something to eat. Very good idea on her part!!!! He also prepared a personalized map for us to know about places like restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, markets and bike rentals. Map that we use all the time next to the cell phone. Lucca is a beautiful city, especially the city within the wall, full of flowers and lime trees where you can walk, rest and refresh in summer.
