Family-friendly holiday rentals in Marina di Ascea

Pasquale è stato ospite gentilissimo e premuroso! Ci ha accolti personalmente spiegandoci quanto c'era da sapere in casa, che è comoda, ampia e perfetta per noi (cinque adulti e due bimbe piccole, e una sesta persona vi avrebbe potuto dormire altrettanto comodamente). In giardino è possibile rilassarsi sulle sdraio, mangiare intorno al grande tavolo e fare un barbecue nel forno esterno. E soprattutto godere di una vista paradisiaca del mare. Al mattino presto, con una tazza di caffè fumante, ci sentivamo in paradiso. Nel soggiorno c'è anche il camino: non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno ma in giorni più freddi sarebbe stato perfetto! Cucina comoda, attrezzatissima, con lavatrice e lavastoviglie e bagni comodi. Pensavamo di passarci solo la notte e poi di esplorare la bellissima Pisciotta a pochi minuti di distanza dalla casa, ma alla fine abbiamo poltrito tutto il giorno in casa e nel giardino, sentendoci molto molto fortunati! Ci farà piacere tornare e lo raccomanderemo ai nostri amici!

We are three families with children from Lithuania, stayed in the wonderful Villa Tina (Belmonte) this July. Villa Belmonte is just amazing and cherished. Excellent swimming pool, groomed plants, comfortable five-bedroom house with large terraces and all the necessary equipment. The Villa is in a great location. Wonderful mountain views, sea beach is 20 minutes walk away. The unique old town of Santa Maria di Castellabate (Cilento region) is within walking distance. Pedestrian street, promenade along the sea, boutiques, restaurants. Communication with property manager Federica was easy and expeditious. She helped us with the transfer from Naples airport, meet us in the villa, recommended a local guide, and bought basic products for the start. The hostess, Mrs. Tina took care of all the little things to make our vacation great. Special hospitality and sincerity. Fresh lemons, eggs and even a car to drive to the supermarket for products. We are immensely grateful for the wonderful relaxing holidays in this small paradise of Southern Italy.

Ottimo soggiorno nel monolocale di Claudio. Piccolo, ma pulito e ben organizzato. Posizione perfetta tra il mare e il corso principale. La zona è davvera bellissima e Claudio molto gentile.

We had a lovely stay here – the pool is absolutely amazing, our 12-year-old spent most of his time in it! We loved our little house as well – it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Annapaola was a great host, really helpful, and so easy to get in touch with if we had any questions (Domenico was brilliant too!), and very quick to respond. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed a boat trip one day, which Annapaola recommended. The town is great fun at night, and there are supermarkets within 5-10 minutes drive. Thank you for a great holiday :)

Wij hebben met z’n vieren heerlijk verbleven in deze accommodatie. De omgeving is heel rustig waardoor je heerlijk tot rust komt en je kunt lekker afkoelen in het zwembad. De host was heel aardig, behulpzaam en makkelijk te bereiken. Al met al een top accommodatie voor een goede prijs!

There werent many reviews about Ilenias Villa so we were a little nervous - however we shouldnt have been nervous. The apartment occupies all of the bottom floor (other than one room) and its HUGE. The photos dont do it justice. It was immaculately clean, the kitchen is better equipped than any we have stayed in including my own. Brand new high spec branded cooker, fridge and coffee maker. It had everything we needed. Parking was secure, outdoor dining was great and enjoyed the sunsets across the valley every night. We rarely saw the owners so it was very private. To drive to the beach was around 5mins but realistically if you are 2 hours away from Naples you will have a hire car anyway. The pool was beautiful and clean and there were plenty of deck chairs around it. Washing facilities very convenient. Plenty of restaurants in the local area and the most local beach is really beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place - we couldnt want for any more.

No more no less: that’s been our most amazing vacation by far!!! We stayed on Antonella’s incredible Villa for a month (August-September), and it literally had all we needed: many spacious rooms with separate bathrooms for different families; huuuuge garden where we played table tennis, soccer (yeah, picture how big the territory actually is!!!!); a nice size pool (we played water polo); the garden had lemon, grape and cactus trees (the fruits of each we were allowed to taste). Downstairs in the house there was a spacious living area where we used to enjoy splendid family dinners. Location-wise: the house is built so conveniently to an autostrada (if, let’s say, you decide to go to Salerno, or Amalfi coast for a day trip); there is a cheese factory about 300m away (mmm, that buffalo products just melted in your mouth); as well as there are fish, meat and super markets very close by. We shopped a lot and ate only fresh food! What else? – Yes, the beach. It’s 15 minutes drive (Paestum Lido) but is very nice and warm. We loved goin there for a dip. On the Villa, we had a gardener Pepe who would just be there for you for whatever it is you might need. So helpful and friendly (thank you Giuseppe). We had a BLAST!!! I don’t really know how you may not like this fantastically gorgeous Villa. We will surely be back!!!❤️ Love love love……Already missing it

Raffaele est un hôte très prévenant, attentionné et soucieux du bien-être des voyageurs qu'il accueille. L'espace extérieur est superbement aménagé pour le farniente au soleil de l'après-midi. Le site est privatisé et clôturé. Parfait si l'on vient avec un chien. Un bel endroit dans un village typique.

La terrazza sul mare di Carmen è un luogo magico, una piccola bomboniera da dove poter partire per esplorare tutto il Cilento. I tramonti che si possono godere dalla struttura mi hanno conquistato. Carmen è disponibile, accogliente e premurosa. Pulizia impeccabile. Servizi di prima necessità a due passi dall'appartamento. Super conaiglaito.

Charmant appartement très propre avec une vue superbe sur la mer. Grand appartement, clair, et agréable. Terrasse confortable avec une vue à couper le souffle. La literie était pour nous un peu trop dure. Une crique à trois minutes à pied, très belles eaux cristallines, plage de sable très agréable à 5 minutes à pied. L’appartement est contigu à un hôtel, musique le matin à partir de 10 h et l’après midi de 16 à 17 h. Le soir, les animations restent discrètes, cela reste complètement acceptable. Région superbe : villages du Cilento, et côté très belle, et le merveilleux site de Paestum à 45 minutes. Angelo et sa femme sont très accueillants et serviables. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour.

Location bellissima nel verde , offre tranquillità e relax ed è vicina a posti rinomati , In mezz’ora si arriva sul mare . Si sta freschi di notte e offre un incantevole spettacolo di panorama. Consiglio il posto e la Giuliana è stata molto gentile .

Abbiamo alloggiato presso Villa Sandra per due settimane, dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo sarebbe riduttivo. Abbiamo trovato ogni tipo di comodità e nonostante fossimo in 9 (tra cui tre bambini) gli spazi ci sono sembrati comunque ampi. Il giardino è curato benissimo e lo spazio esterno consente di pranzare e cenera fuori con estrema comodità. La doccia esterna è stata molto utili e ci ha permesso di non portare sabbia in casa riuscendo a mantenere pulita la struttura. I bagni sono belli grandi e le camere sono ampie e dotate di ventilatore. Il condizionatore presente nel piano superiore è sufficiente per raffreddare tutti gli ambienti lasciando le porte aperte. Dopo una settimana di permanenza Alessandra e Filippa ci hanno portato il cambio della biancheria ritirando quella sporca. Entrambe si sono mostrate gentilissime, affabili e soprattutto proattive. Ad ogni dubbio o domanda rispondevano in maniera tempestiva e ci hanno dato anche suggerimenti su attrazioni, ristoranti ecc.

L' appartamento e' situato in una posizione strategica immerso nella campagna cilentana a 10 minuti dal mare. L'appartamento era pulito, dotato di tutti i servizi necessari e la signora Rosa sempre gentile. ( grazie anche per il limoncello...ottimo) ha fatto tutto il possibile per rendere la nostra mini vacanza piacevole. Da ritornare!!!

Alloggio corrispondente alla descrizione, spazioso e confortevole, Vincenzina mi ha fatto subito sentire a casa. Il soggiorno è stato tranquillo e piacevole e sicuramente ci ritornerò.

We bevelen het appartement van Antonio van harte aan. Het is ruim. Er is een goede keuken en badkamer. Het bed ligt lekker. Het balkon met zeezicht is het mooiste van het appartement. We hebben bijna altijd op het balkon ontbeten.. Het kleine strand waar onze hond lekker kon spelen was 1 minuut lopen. De tuin met de tafel en stoelen daar hebben we niet gebruikt, maar dat is in de zomer vast een fijne schaduwrijke plek. We waren ook blij dat we de auto zo veilig achter het hek in de tuin konden zetten. Acciaroli is een heel leuke plaats met terrasjes, een haven, een aantal winkels en alles op loopafstand van het huis. Wij vonden het bruggetje vlak voor de deur zo leuk. Het was de favoriete plek van onze hond. Daar kon hij mooi naar de voorbijgangers benden kijken. We hebben Antonio niet ontmoet maar hij reageerde altijd direct op vragen en was heel vriendelijk. Het was top!!! Jammer dat we weer moesten vertrekken. Heel erg bedankt Antonio.

Soggiorno impeccabile, consigliatissimo! L’appartamento è perfettamente pulito, curato, situato in una zona molto tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi. Il parcheggio auto disponibile è stato un grande vantaggio, comodo e sicuro. Ma ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell’host: comunicazione rapida, chiara e sempre attenta a ogni esigenza. Tutto è stato perfetto dall’arrivo alla partenza.

Il residence è veramente incantevole. Alla bellezza del luogo, si aggiunge una pulizia impeccabile ed un ottimo ristorante. Carmelo è molto disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Abbiamo soggiornato con tre bambini, che da quando siamo andati via non hanno smesso di chiederci quando saremmo ritornati. Insomma, il posto ideale per una vacanza con la famiglia, con la possibilità per gli adulti di ritagliarsi qualche spazio, mentre i piccoli vagabondano con i coetanei per il residence (peraltro molto sicuro).

Roby was an extremely helpful host from the very beginning of my communication with her before arrival and this continued on throughout our stay. Roby was always very clear about what was possible during our stay and what was available in the community that we might need including restaurants, nearby, beach, beaches, and trips outside to Vineyards, etc. I found Roby to always be cordial, friendly, reliable and straightforward in her assistance. Roby and the caretaker and breakfast manager, Tony, worked extremely well together. They were an excellent team!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Our family had the most relaxing vacation at Villa Angelina and felt right at home. Located in the beautiful mountains of Cilento, this house felt like paradise. Plus, we were in driving distance to many incredible towns and sites, and we enjoyed exploring the area! We cooked many meals and enjoyed the pristine pool. Finally, Sofia was so kind and helpful; she responded quickly to every question we had! I hope we can come back again someday!

Wir waren zu zweit mit Baby unterwegs und haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Maria war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Dorf ist wirklich wunderbar gelegen und im Frühling Sommer sicherlich perfekt für zahlreiche Tageswanderungen oder mit dem Auto ans Meer. Bar, Marcellaria, Pizzeria, Alimentari alles vorhanden. Bei Sonnenschein hat man ein wunderbaren Blick bis an die Küste und ganz manchmal wohl bis Lipari. Die Gemeinde Tortorella ist allgemein super gastfreundlich und wenn man will kann man sich sogar hausgemachtes Essen in die Unterkunft bringen lassen. Wir hatten trotz Winter wirklich schöne und gemütliche Tage. Maria war jederzeit ansprechbar bezüglich Fragen Tips etc. Man merkt, dass ihr der Ort selbst am Herzen liegt.

When we arrived it was out of season, but still loved being next to the beach. Bit of a job finding open restaurants, this is only because if the time of year. Saw enough restaurants getting ready for the season to know there would be lots to choose from. Nina was a great host and extremely helpful. Loved the stay. Thank you!

Il Loft di Tony è immerso nella tranquillità della campagna cilentana, ma permette di raggiungere facilmente tutte le località balneari o culturali che il Cilento offre. Posizione strategica e rilassante, favorita dalla presenza della piscina, condivida con gli altri ospiti. Tony è gentilissimo ed elargisce buoni consigli. L’appartamento è semplice e ordinato, ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere sane vacanze al mare. Consigliato per famiglie.

Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia dell'alloggio e la comodità della piscina. L'area circostante era tranquilla e riservata, ideale per rilassarsi. Questo ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura per una vacanza serena e rigenerante. Spero di poterci tornare presto.

A perfect home away from home. Marzio is an excellent host. His place ticks every boxes. Peaceful, rustic with charm, super clean, well decorated, over the top equipped, extremely comfortable. The cherry on top of the cake is the fabulous housekeeper Maria, always present, yet very discreet, a real addition that makes you enjoy your holiday to the fullest. We have been travelling quite a bit and never been in a better B&B, especially for the quality of the service we received. It’s so true, that when you travel in southern Italy, every family welcomes you like you are part of theirs. You won’t regret staying here.
