Featuring a private swimming pool, a large garden, a shaded patio with a barbecue and a table for meals and a summer lounge. Nicely decorated, with large living areas, you will love the proximity to the beautiful beach of Binibeca, its very quiet environment and the proximity to amenities. Cozy villa with views in Punta Prima, Menorca

Nice and cozy villa with swimming pool and sea view very close to the beach. The house is laid out in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Air-Conditioning throughout the house. The master suite has a separate entrance and has two terraces with ocean view. It has a nice pool area as well as several chill-out areas where you can rest according to the time of the day and the shade. It is very close to the beautiful beach of Punta Prima which can be accessed by walking in five minutes.

Newly renovated house in Son Ganxo, 4 bedrooms

Newly renovated vacation home in a very quiet area in the south of Menorca, Son Ganxo. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one outside), a large kitchen and living room, and a very nice outdoor area. Two bedrooms with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), two bedrooms with two twin beds that share an indoor bathroom and another full bathroom (with a shower) outside. All the furniture is new, a fully renovated house.

The brand new Casa Milos annex, which we prefer to reserve for adult guests, is located within the garden of our property, which is a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island. The sea view, with the island of Aire and its lighthouse in front of us, and the tranquility are what most characterize this peaceful place.
