Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Marina Beach

We had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what our family needed and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. They sent my husband cookies for his birthday and when checking in one time had said 3pm instead of their usual 4pm. When I told them my arrival time was 3.30 based on the 3pm communication they said no problem we’ll send an extra cleaner to have the house ready for you in time! Now that’s service. As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The private pool was a real highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth. Check-in was easy and friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. Amazing stay - great location and dirext connectivity to Dubai mall. if you have a car, parking is great with super quick access to apartment. It is only hassle during peak hours at Dubai mall due to connected parking.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very beautiful and convenient location. There were some nuances, but the owner quickly responded and corrected them. Next time, we'll turn to Simon again.

Greg was super friendly from day 1, and very pro-active in helping us make our decision. We flew in on business and were mostly out, but it was super easy to drive to and from, without a gigantic traffic on way in or out. The apartment itself was clean and building service was also helpful. The value was really decent for this size of an apartment, as you don't have to squeeze into a hotel room, but instead have a view of the harbour and part of the palm. Sometimes you can hear parties that take place in vicinity of the hotel, but that's unavoidable in most parts of Dubai, as the place gets really busy over time and these happen all across. Would recommend and stay again. Cheers Greg!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a great area. Andrei was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Andrea was amazing as a host. The place itself was a great choice, very close to metro and Sheik Zayed Road. The apartment was kept neat and clean. The host was very prompt in responding to queries and very understanding of the requirements. Overall, i love the place and will definitely stay again! one of the best locations in Dubai, close to the tramway and metro. 5min walk to JBR and 2min walk to the promenade. close to Marina Mall. the place is cozy, great for solo travels or couples. I recommend 👌

Excellent service close for everything close for the beach close for the restaurant they have a supermarket downstairs. Everything is friendly very good. We have a good time and everything clean and nice seeing everything look like the photo and they’re very good. The owner and they respond every message that he text me that he called me for anything and they’re very nice and they have both you can rent and they give you good tours I recommend everybody they can rent the apartment and they have a very very good communicated in the apartment is so beautiful. Everything is beautiful and everything is close. The beach only like five minutes walking the rest restaurant downstairs the beauty salon, the supermarket downstairs in everybody’s friendly and the marina is the perfect spot. You can stay because you’re very close for everything

This apartment was one of the best stays I had in Dubai. I stayed there for 2 weeks and the host & our contact person Mr. Vladimir were very professional, responsive & helpful and made us feel like at home. The apartment is fully furnished with beautiful decorations, lightings and very comfy sofa & beds. The kitchen is fully furnished with equipped and was very clean and large space! I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to feel at home and enjoy a comfy spacious place! I will book this again soon!

Really enjoyed our stay at this JBR apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. Our favorite highlight was definitely the location. Lots of amazing restaurants, the beach and so many activities for the kids. Will definitely be coming back!
