Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

I wanted to thank you for your warm welcome and for making my stay at your place so enjoyable. Your apartment is really comfortable and well equipped, and the location is great. I appreciated the cleanliness and tranquility of your place.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was perfect — clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location couldn’t be better — the beach is literally less than a one-minute walk away, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. I also appreciated how close the ATM was for easy access to cash. There were plenty of excursions available right on the beach, which made planning activities super convenient. The area felt very safe, and I was able to fully relax and enjoy my time. The host was responsive and friendly, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend — would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place and location!

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

Great appartement, perfectly renovated with a fantastic sea view terrasse where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. You can easily accommodate a family of 4, and for 2 it is perfect. We will certainly come back.

Amazing stay!!

Exactly what the ad says is what you get. Perfect if you’re single or a couple with cozy but very accommodating amenities. Location is ideal for staying put or getting out exploring the island. Nice bonus is having a small store available with Mont Vernon Pizzeria next door with wonderful people who work there. I had a fantastic time trying to incorporate as much as possible.

Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

Loved everything about our stay! It was beautiful and clean and in a great location to the beach and restaurants. Gilles and Daphnee were great hosts. If we ever travel back to st marten I would book through them again.

The property was outstanding. It is a brilliant location, the view had me speechless. Should you decide on this property, you will not be disappointed. I plan on returning and will request it again. Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at Priscilla’s Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. She went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, which made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. Priscilla is also incredibly friendly and welcoming—she made us feel right at home. Even more so, we loved the view driving up the hills to get to our airbnb. We Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. We’d definitely come back!

This place was absolutely perfect. Maxwell was the most thoughtful and caring Airbnb host I've ever had. He was super helpful and responded immediately every time. The place itself was spotless and filled with every amenity you could ever want or need for exploring the island. The ocean view was incredible. Would rare this a 10/10 experience !

If we could leave Patrick and his stunning property TEN stars we would. The space is absolutely fantastic, spacious, bright and airy and totally private. Indoors is warm and inviting and outdoors is the most enchanting tropical garden/deck space with thoughtful seating and views to the pool and water. The kitchen was so well equipped and well stocked. All the linens, bedding and beds are top quality. The location is perfect for getting anywhere and we appreciated the secured gated entry and the ease of parking right at the front door. Patrick is the most wonderful host, kind, caring and always responsive. If you have an opportunity to stay in this exceptional place, take it! It’s one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. We can’t wait to come back.

From the breathtaking view to your own private pool, this is one of the best Airbnb you could ever stayed in. The location is amazing as it is nestled within a very quiet neighborhood on the Dutch side. Perfect for our family with three young children with plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful island
