Great location and very friendly host.

We have taken many short trips and have never been spoiled with so much hospitality. Upon arrival, all the bags and even the Maxi Cosi were carried from the car into the house, we were welcomed with cake and wine, and even for my six month old baby EVERYTHING was there: side bed, cuddly blanket, stroller, baby rocker, high chair, baby towel... On day 2 we needed help with the stroller and Wilhelm immediately rushed after a short message. After our trip, there was a packed gift for the baby outside the door. The next day, Erika came by and brought us home-cooked egg liqueur. We were also allowed to borrow a baby swing. We felt so incredibly comfortable and welcome and were able to absolutely enjoy our stay. The house in itself was simply great, the location idyllically on the forest with creeks. But the warmth of Erika and Wilhelm was the highlight of our break. Thank you!

Everything is great, have been there many times and are always satisfied. Good, quiet location, ideal even with a toddler.

Lovely, well-furnished apartment a short drive from Gummersbach town center. Very communicative host. Our daughter also felt very welcome with the Jenga, puzzle, and single bed with themed linen. We were very happy with our choice to stay here as a small family with very young children.

If i could give 10 stars i would. There is absolutely nothing that i would change about Thomas & Martina's place or my time there. I stayed for 2 weeks and it felt like home. The hosts are superb, the apartment is gorgeous, clean, well furnished and well appointed, the rooftop terrace is an oasis. It's peaceful and beautiful, in walking distance to everything. Particularly wonderful is the park across the street behind Mercure hotel, but it should really be considered a small forest not a park.

I was there for a hiking weekend and enjoyed the peace and the landscape very much. I immediately felt comfortable in the accommodation. The special highlight was actually the existing washing machine, which was very convenient for me because of the weather.

A really nice apartment that is super furnished and offers everything for a little break. Really attractive location, from which you can take great hikes or day trips through the Bergisches Land. Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Thanks to Vera's good description and reliable accessibility, you can find the hidden cottage very well. We will be happy to come back ☀️ Greetings from Cristian and Venice

Just WOW. Everything was just right. The room is great. Perfect amenities. The highlight for us was the sauna and the balcony with the beautiful lake view. The location is great. We were at the Biggesee Open Air and were at the venue in 5 minutes. Wonderful. Even without an event, we would love to come back again

My 2 children 6+8 years and I were super excited about Bettina's apartment. There was EVERYTHING you needed. There were also many games and books for children. The highlight for my kids was the sleeping area in the attic😍 The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. You can see a small, sweet garden. There is also a playground opposite. The area is nice and quiet. Nearby (about 12 min. car ride) is a great swimming pool. The monkey and bird park can be reached in 15 minutes by car. We had a great time and would love to come back.

We were already at the alpaca farm for the second time, this time with two small children. It felt like coming home and we had a great time again. Especially the two options for sitting outside (one of them covered) are great. The location is quiet and surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing. For the children, the alpacas, chickens and cats and the playground with sandbox, swing and slide were a real dream! We will be happy to come back :)

The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Has an amazing view over Plettenberg and a forest at a very close distance so you can enjoy the calmness and peacefulness it provides. Definitely a place to visit for a retreat from a noisy city. Christine was always helpful and responsive that made our stay even better.

We were two for three days in this fantastic penthouse and totally thrilled. The apartment is modern, well-equipped and offers real luxury with a sauna and jacuzzi. Everything was super clean, quiet and ideal for relaxing. The contact with the host was friendly and straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great three-day stay! Check in and out was quick and easy. We were particularly pleased that our dogs were also welcome - not every accommodation does that. The apartment is spacious, very clean and tastefully furnished. The absolute highlight for us was the bathtub, which turns into a small whirlpool at the push of a button – perfect for relaxing. Anke's accommodation more than exceeded our expectations with a harmonious and absolute feel-good atmosphere. The apartment is much more spacious than in the photos, everything was prepared for the fireplace and the hot tub was a dream. Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

A nice place to stay in a quiet area. Very clean and the hosts were very accommodating! Unfortunately, the whirlpool could no longer be used after 10 pm (at least the "bubble function"), which was a bit annoying for us, as we were on the road all day and wanted to relax in the evening. It was also relatively "dark" in the accommodation itself, due to poor lighting. However, you can tell that the hosts have put a lot of effort and thought into the furnishings and design. A small "basic set" of drinks and snacks was also great. All in all, a nice and quiet place to stay.
