Externally, in a shared area, there is a multipurpose kiosk, a 2,000 m2 garden area, a fire pit, a heated swimming pool (v obs.) and a lookout point for the mountains.

We are located on the same land as the Ressaca farm, a farm with more than 100 years of many stories. 52 km from Lavras Novas 22 km from Mariana 34 km from Ouro Preto 11 km from Cachoeira do Brumado 51 km from Ponte Nova.
