Holiday rentals with beach access in Maria

Really wonderful place, prime location very accessible and near to all the cafes and bars in San Juan. The republika bar is a gem with incredible hangout spots like nets and beach chairs. However my only complaint is the lack of stable internet connection which really affected our trip during quiet nights when we wanted to to use our phones.

Thank you James for hosting us at Adayo Cove Resort. The place was accurate as described, away from San Juan, quiet, clean, and comfortable with everything one might need. We particularly appreciated the quality of linen, the delicious food from the in-house restaurant, the karaoke machine, and the warm, friendly, and helpful staff. Please note that while this is beach front, it offers great sunset views but not best for swimming--they have a pool for that instead!

The place was near the beach. Huge bed, clean bathroom and very good customer service as well. Worth every penny. hoping to visit again

I really enjoyed my stay at Doris Ann’s accommodation in Siquijor! I wish I had stayed longer. The place is right next to a bar, and they mentioned that the bar usually has a live band, so if you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this might not be the right spot. But if you’re in the mood to chill and have fun, it’s perfect! The room has two queen-size beds, ideal for friends on vacation, and there’s a small kitchen with water, coffee, and a mini fridge. The toilet is clean, though I highly suggest opening the small window in the shower for privacy—just make sure to pull back the shower curtain after you finish. Overall, a great stay, and I’d rate it 10 out of 10!

The room is nice, if you want a place to stay away from the city and where you want peace and quiet, this is the place. East to get a cold beer or a hot coffee since they have a restaurant inside. Overall our experience: 8.5/10

Beautiful place with good amenities. Right on a small beach with diving school. Likeable bar is also on premises. There is a generator so there are no power outages. However, the internet occasionally fails, but that's an issue that affects the whole island.

Airbnb should creat a term higher than Superhost only for Rickard. We had a absolutely perfect stay at his place. The place is just paradise, fresh fish coming to you everyday, you don't have to move, some children are always hanging around ready to help you if you need anything. His goat Javier is the loveliest goat on earth and his dog Panther.. well I fall in love with that cute dog, she is the best as Rickard and Nieva his girlfriend. We couldn't wish a greater stay. They showed us secret rover with no tourist at all they helped us with absolutely everything. I have no words to describe that stay it was spot on!! Thank you again Rickard we felt at home for 5 days and we were so sad we had to leave.. we will come back for sure!!!! Miss you guys already!

I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described - clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Everything went smoothly, and the host was friendly and responsive. It was definitely worth the price. The only downside was the lack of proper parking, which could be a bit tricky if you're bringing your own car. Other than that, highly recommended! Thank you so much Ms. Juvy. Hope to book your place again soon when I go back to Siquijor.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. A means of locomotion is required (scooter or car), but the situation is nevertheless very good. Special mention for the small restaurant a short walk to the house, where lunch is excellent. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay in Siquijor.

The private beach area behind the house is the highlight, we loved sitting there both day and evening. The ACs in both bedrooms work well.

David, with his family, is a wonderful host. Very hospitable and friendly people! We had a wonderful stay at Jermaine Quiet House. Though the place is quite deep, but it offers a raw Siquijor experience. It is in Lazi, which made it strategically located in the middle of the stretch where the popular tourist attractions are located. The room is simple yet equipped with basic needs. It has refrigerator to store food, an airconditioner, a fully finctioning kitchen, a veranda and barbecue area.

It was a great stay overall, I appreciate the responsiveness and the hosts family even welcomed us. There were some items that need to be fixed but didn’t really impacted our stay. A great place to stay if you want peaceful, quiet, and beautiful view/scenery.

Absolutely stunning oceanside property; It has a private access to the ocean! I enjoyed spending time swimming with complete privacy. Just a tip getting to the place for the first time: Arrive during broad daylight as the roads can get very tricky. Overall, it’s all worth it!

The place is big and clean. Ac is cold and wifi is stable. Host and caretakers are very responsive and helpful - reliable in asking for directions and help. There’s a restaurant within the area. It’s close to the falls but far from the usual beaches and food spots. Overall, great stay!

its our 2nd time to checkin to this house... Its still the same house we stayed - everything looks good. I noticed that it is well maintained and very clean despite the 3 year gap of our past and then this recent visit. I would still go back here the 3rd time if I would visit Bohol.

When I arrived, it was spotless and perfectly prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating too, checking in was a walk in the park. The amenities provided were spot-on, and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the space. Loved the modern interior, it created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
