The Cactus Shack

The Cactus Shack is a versatile space for a couples retreat, solo business trip or family getaway! There is a seperate bedroom and bathroom the living room where there is a fully equipped kitchen and bosch induction stove/oven. the sofa folds out to a comfy queen mattress. it is an eco friendly space with rammed earth and non-toxic limewash paint. Its a short 5 minute drive in to town and located in a quiet neighbourhood, it’s the perfect place to put your feet up after a day of exploring.

Secluded on 2.5 acres, surrounded by tall trees, in the heart of Margaret River. Minutes to the river, ocean, idyllic beaches, ancient caves and rolling vineyards. Our large family friendly holiday home is an ideal base to explore all the amenities, attractions and leisure activities Down South offers. Plenty of space (and bedrooms) to spread out, hang out and enjoy the Down South vibe. Note: the property stands directly adjacent to our own holiday home which we use from time to time.

Gorgeous, self contained one room Studio, separate from main house. Very central location, minutes walk to beach and Busselton Jetty. Cafes, bars and supermarkets all walking distance. Separate guest entry, private car parking. Sleeps up to 3 adults or 2 adults with 1-2 small children. Toddler bed and portacot available on request prior to arrival. A perfect base for tourists of Busselton and Margaret River Region or participants in local Sport or Arts Events. Self check in.

Boanning Bayside

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. We offer a reduced rate for those interested. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Private studio accommodation, a 3 minute walk to the beach, bike track & Busselton Jetty precinct ( bikes available)

The Tree House Dunsborough

The Tree House Dunsborough, by Eden Properties WA, comes fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday Down South, including a spacious kitchen, all linen, a bbq area, deck with ocean views and even gear like bikes, surfboards and fishing rods provided upon request. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it's a leisurely 15-minute stroll to Old Dunsborough's pristine beaches or a 10-minute bike ride to the shops. The only thing you need to do is unwind!

You will have the rear half of our house. Self contained with its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom,huge living area, laundry and tiny kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating in an undercover area. Perfect for a quiet breakfast.It is entirely private and you have a lovely garden,outdoor area and under cover parking. Free bikes and free wifi. There is a big tile fire for winter and always plenty of wood.
