Apartment holiday rentals in Mareuil-sur-Ay

Nos 2 nuits passées chez Cédric ont été parfaites. Dès la réservation nous avons échanger ensemble et il a été à l'écoute tout le long du weekend. Nous avons été super bien accueillis avec un petit tour du propriétaire. L'appartement est très propre, très bien rangé et tout à fait adapté à 3/4 personnes (nous étions 2 adultes et un enfant de 9 ans). Vous ne manquerez de rien, tout y est ! Cramant est un village charmant, en plein milieu des vignes et à quelques minutes d'Epernay : les activités pour les fans d'œnotourisme ne manquent pas. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous y retournerons sans hésiter pour notre prochaine sortie en Champagne. Encore merci, Cédric, et à bientôt :)

The place is very nice. It is in a great location next to champagne row. Everything is in easy walking distance. It is a very clean place, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend the accommodation.

Sehr gemütliche und geräumige Unterkunft in perfekter Lage, um die Ursprünge des Champagners zu entdecken. Alles war praktisch eingerichtet, und die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Het appartement is van alle basis gemakken voorzien, het is een zeer goede uitvalsbasis om de champagne streek te verkennen.

Mooi huisje met fijne tuin! Het is precies zoals op de foto's. Wij waren met hond en vonden het fijn dat de tuin omheind was en dat je dichtbij met de hond kunt lopen. Je loopt vanaf het huisje zo de wijngaarden in.

Logement situé dans un endroit très calme (ce que nous recherchions) et conforme à la description.

Lovely apartment at great location! Centre and Avenue de Champagne in walking distance. Free parking at the street and als autobox (thats a bit small so you need good parking skills and a tight body to get in and out :)). But relax... after a few glasses of the best champagne you forget about dealing with this. The host Fred is a great guy and also sells magnificant Champagne, feel free to ask him about it.

Het appartement was super! Netjes, schoon, veel ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel fijn ook een echte keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het bed sliep ook heerlijk. De communicatie met Louise was ook heel fijn, attent en duidelijk. Heel complete informatie over het appartement en allerlei tips over de omgeving, zoals winkels, restaurants, champagnehuizen, uitstapjes etc. En in 20 minuten wandelen sta je oog in oog met de kathedraal. Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader!

We had an incredible stay in Reims! We went as 2 couples (4 people) and had plenty of space. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the living area is great with beautiful views of the cathedral. The only thing to note if you are traveling with a group is that there are 3 bathrooms, but 2 have a shower + sink without a toilet, and the other is a half bath. There is one toilet in the space. It worked totally fine for us and we would stay again, but it may be helpful for those looking at options in Reims!

a wonderful stay in a brilliantly located apartment. The flat was exactly as described with plenty in the well stocked kitchen. Perfectly located with amenities near by. It is on the third floor with fairly steep narrow stairs so may not be ideal for someone with mobility issues but perfect for us. Vincent was helpful and responsive. although we didn't need anything as the flat was just as expected.

Внутри квартира однозначно хорошая, все чисто, удобные матрас и подушки, владелец быстро отвечает на любые вопросы. Из минусов: не было возможности открыть окна, так как квартира на первом этаже и прямо напротив окон стоят мусорные бачки со стороны двора.

We had a lovely stay at Ludivine’s place for a girls trip to Reims. The location is great, central but quiet. It’s very spacious and nicely decorated. The communication with the host was very smooth and we had good recommendations from the host as well. I’d highly recommend Ludivine’s place if you wanna stay in the center of Reims.

Great contact with Elena, the apartment was spotless and new. Perfect for a couple. Also the tour and tasting at Picart-Thiout (from Elena) is great to do so. Would recommend this to anyone who will visit Epernay.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad! Prachtig appartement op een centrale en goed bereikbare plek!

Céline et son époux ont été des hôtes charmants, très réactifs et aidants pour chacune de nos demande. Un superbe cocon pour profiter de deux nuits de bien-etre en couplé. Les installations sont optimales et fonctionnent parfaitement. Environnement tres agreable avec vue sur les vignes. Randonnees sympa passant au pied ou presque du logement. Option petit dejeuner frais appreciée. Les photos ne reflètent pas assez tout le confort des lieux. Parfaitement propre. Recommandé!

Nous nous sommes rendu à cet bel endroit le 4 mai 2025, j’avais réservé pour offrir à mon compagnon un anniversaire qu’il mérite ! Et il a extrêmement apprécié et profité de chaque moments. Nous sommes très content de notre séjour chez Jérémie nous reviendrons avec plaisir mais pour plusieurs nuits car 1 nuits reste court pour vraiment profiter de cet endroit. Très bon séjour chez Marc , qui est très accueillant malgré l’arrivée autonome, les instructions sont très clair Marc reste à disposition par message Et le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos je recommande les yeux fermés Nous reviendrons ! Merci beaucoup

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le Airbnb est très bien équipé et il a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer du bon temp.

Wonderful stay! In walking distance of the avenue de Champagne and the train station. We went to many Champagne houses and had some delicious traditional French food.
