Our stay was wonderful, it exceeded our expectations. The house is less than 50 m from the French beach, all rooms have air conditioning that freezes well, bathroom with electronic showers that are great. In addition to comfort, the host also offers noodles, umbrella, beach chair and table to take to the beach. Rafael was a great host, responded to us immediately as soon as requested, and even gave suggestions on what to do in the area. I loved the experience and will certainly return with the rest of the family since there are many rooms available.

Great location. A true paradise on Earth. Homemade always attentive and helpful. Dona Iara always affectionate — we were even greeted with two delicious regional cakes! The cozy place in the house made us feel like a bed and breakfast booked just for us. It was definitely worth every penny. Would recommend! We'll be back more often, God willing!

The view from the apartment is wonderful. Perfect location, close to everything. I would definitely come back.

- Structure: I went on rainy days, which ended up compromising some things. Two air conditioners were not working, but we requested repair and the next day it was resolved. The water supply pump also burned out, we were without water for a few hours, but we managed to get by until the repair. - Cleanliness/comfort: the house is even better than in the photos, very spacious, comfortable, new furniture, cleanliness was impeccable, new and fragrant bed linen. - In the kitchen: we miss some utensils such as a grill/sandwich maker, some pots for food storage in the refrigerator and an oven. - External environment: the property has a view and access to the sea, however there is a lagoon that flows into the sea, and in the rainy season it ended up dirtying the water, becoming muddy and full of algae, leaving us unable to bathe in front of the house, but I believe that in the summer it is conducive to bathing there. The hostess requests, we will definitely return on sunny days.

We had a great time at Walter's. The residence, peaceful and well located, offers beach access via a small picturesque path. Close to the village, it allows you to enjoy both the calm and local amenities. Walter was very attentive and responsive, bringing us the missing utensils we needed. We fully enjoyed nature and an ideal setting for rest. A property that we would recommend without hesitation!

Great apartment, provides a great option for enjoying the French beach and staying in a safe and comfortable place, you really feel right at home. Lucas is always available to meet and pass the necessary guidelines for the listing to be perfect, it is a great host. The balcony with the barbecue is a plus, we enjoy for the exhausting afternoon to have a good time.

Great house in an amazing location. Quiet place and a few yards from Le Rue, restaurant street on Praia do Francês. Right next to the beach too. Casa clean, spacious, all 4 rooms with new and working air-conditioned rooms. Fresh and fresh bed and bath linen as well. I strongly recommend hosting. The host would respond very quickly to questions. Everything perfect in the paradise of French Beach.

Great, rather cozy pleasant atmosphere

My husband and I really like this apartment, we will definitely be back! Quiet place and close to everything in French. We did everything on foot, we didn't even need to take the car for anything. Great view facing the sea. Everything is very clean and very organized.

Amazing location, right on the beach, happy to come back

The apartment is exactly how it is described. It’s on the first floor and an easy walk right out on the sand. It’s in the best location for Praia do Frances, right next to the famous barraca/restaurant Kanoa. It came with plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. It was an easy relaxing stay.

Gos enjoyed the stay, located by the sea on the French beach, next to the Lê rue (main street of the French beach) 2min walking from the area's best restaurants, 24hr reception. In short, it's well worth it!
