Beautiful house! Very Marplatense style. The perfect location, 4 blocks from Guemes Street, 1 from Av Colon and 1 from the sea. The bedding and towels had a delicious aroma, even the winter blankets that usually smell old/stored, here they were delicious. I recommend and will be back!

Claudio, the very friendly host, allowed us to enter several hours before. The house is very comfortable and cozy, impeccable and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We were a group of 6 and we all agreed that we would definitely book again. I recommend it.

We were 5 friends and really the house is super comfortable, beautiful area, meters from the beach, places nearby to eat or shop for cooking. Everything spotless, we would definitely come back.

The house is super comfortable, well located. Mario solves anything you need. It is spacious, highly recommended for groups or large families. It has a barbecue area with a spectacular grill, armchairs and TV for the pleasure of the barbecuer. I highly recommend this house

The truth is that the house is very nice and met all expectations. It is in one of the best areas of the city. In front of a beautiful square. The house and the rooms are very comfortable. There were 10 of us and we were more than comfortable. It has space to store 2 cars inside the property. But nothing happens outside. All rooms with LCD TV. Wi-Fi patio with grill. Highly recommended. Super attentive host. We had sheets and towels. Excellent place. We hope to be able to return. We went in winter and the house was super warm.

It couldn't be better, 10 out of 10. It's our first experience with the app and Federico always clarified all our doubts from the beginning to the end of the stay. The apartment is better than what you see in the photos, clean, tidy and with some supplies for the first few days. We'll definitely be back.

We were delighted with the apartment, the area, exceeded our expectations. Just to say something, the bed was a little small and the mattress might need a change, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay.

Inés was very kind from the beginning answering all my doubts about the accommodation. We were traveling with a 9-month-old baby, she gave us everything we needed to make the baby comfortable (cot, chair, bathtub, toys, etc.). The apartment is very cute, includes kitchen and toilet basics. She also provided us with lounge chairs to go to the beach. We felt right at home, it is very cozy and the apartment is comfortable. We've been there more than once and it's becoming our head home every time we visit Mar del Plata. The apartment is well located, very spacious and super practical. The host is friendly and always available.

We stayed together with my boyfriend and it was amazing. The place had everything we needed and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were brought a fan and blankets because I change the weather a lot from day to day. One detail we really liked was the presence of card games and recommendations for places to go. Everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable. It is completely the same as it looks in the photos. 10/10

Agustin's accommodation is ideal. It is located in an excellent location, in the center, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Despite being in the center of the city it is very quiet. At night you can rest excellently. It is fully equipped and super comfortable. Your host has been on the lookout for anything we may need. We would definitely come back. Recommended!

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.
