Unbeatable. Pure design, good taste, comfort. Everything is like new and there are very nice welcome details such as water in the refrigerator, biscuits, tea, coffee, cacao, remove makeup and even a reception chocolate. The host is super nice and polite. Always willing to help and resolve. At night there is no noise or hassle. The apartment is close to everything in downtown area. I recommend it.

The apartment is well located in a very nice area of Mar del Plata, to be more exact half a block from the sea as on a hill! From below you can enjoy watching the sea and from a corner of one of the balconies of the apartment! It's very clean and nice! Mariano was extremely kind with everything we needed! The terrace is a plus since you can cook barbecue and sit outside even when you don't have a good view from there. There is also a clothesline for clothes that you need to dry The dining room has a very nice large table, I would change the chairs that were not comfortable and equip the kitchen a little more I recommend Mariano's apartment and I appreciate his kindness!!!! We spent a few very nice days in a beautiful city.

Ines was an excellent host, accessible and patient with me since my communication was intermittent due to the car trip. The apartment is spacious, bright, very tasteful, and very conveniently located if you want to be in the Punta Mogotes area, The garage is in an interior courtyard with security, just as the apartment is safe. She welcomed me with some alfajores and a warm smile!!! I'll definitely be back!!! Highly recommended!

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.

The stay was excellent! The house is beautiful, spacious and modernly equipped. The location is ideal to be close to the best beaches and you get easy transfer to the center. There is a lot of business nearby for the everyday or going out to eat even. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The service was excellent, always with a quick and friendly response. I recommend it and I would definitely come back!

The apartment is excellent and has a wonderful view! It has two bathrooms with a shower and is ideal for a stay of up to 4 people. Just for caution, the entrance to the parking lot is small, so if you have a very large car check the measures before with Noemí. Noemi is great, she responds on time and everything is 10. We would go back without hesitation!

Amazing stay, beautiful apartment, spacious, modern and ocean and city views from every window. Would definitely come back and recommend this place for both families and friends. Walking distance to beach and coffee shops, includes gym and pool in property and garage space. Very happy with this stay!!!

The stay was wonderful!!! Luciano and Ayelen are genius!!! They were kind enough to contemplate my husband's illness and were attentive at all times to respond to our inquiries . The apartment is just as you can see in the photos , it has everything to make you feel at home. The view is beautiful day and night and the location is perfect for resting and having everything nearby. We will be back without hesitation!!!

I have stayed at Fabiana's apartment more than once, and I recommend it 100%! Very bright, nice spaces, very complete, perfect for short or long term stays. Large apartment with an incredible view of the sea. Sofia welcomed us very well, answered all our questions and was very attentive to the check-in and check-out times, which were flexible. The apartment is well equipped for cooking. It has central heating. Even on the first floor, it is very quiet because the windows insulate the sound coming from outside.

We had an excellent stay at Carlos's. The place is small but has everything you need. The neighborhood is super quiet and is a few blocks from the beach. We definitely recommend it.

Nieves' apartment was just what we were looking for. A beautiful view for a cold weather weekend. The heating and shower work perfectly and beyond the outside weather and the large windows, being able to contemplate such a view in a warm climate inside was a pleasure. The apartment is everything you see in the photos, beautiful!!! The location allows access to the center of Mar del Plata on one side and Chapadmalal on the other, two destinations we wanted to visit. Thank you Nieves for the kindness and warmth!

The stay was perfect. Both Martina and Rosana, who are waiting for me to give me the key and welcome and to remove it, were very friendly and communicated immediately when I wrote to them. Rosana I expect me on time, at the time we had agreed and at check out, I had to retire a few hours before, had no problem adapting. The apartment is spotless, it has a lot of light and air, everything is new and very practical, what I needed for the 4 days I was there.
