A very nice, well-equipped place. The WiFi works spotless, the hot water too. It's a bit away from it all, that can be a problem for those traveling without their own vehicle, as taxis are not cheap. It's about a 15- to 20-minute drive from major beaches, and about 20-25 minutes from downtown. The area is quiet, we did not have or hear of any problems of insecurity, however the safety of the cabin could be improved.

The main part of the house upstairs with a parisha/barbecue and veranda/patio - it really seems like a tree house There 👍 was a thick warm blanket (like down), bed linen, towels and everything you need. We were pleased with the dogs that came to eat - well-behaved (they didn't enter the house and didn't fight for food) and affectionate - they even bought meat cheaper in COTO, cooked and fed them There was a 😁🙂 Jacuzzi outside, but we didn't use it, although we were 6 nights, as we didn't have the strength and then the weather became cooler

We stayed in a charming little house in a super quiet area of Mar del Plata. Everything was spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. Karina was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive to any detail. It's the place to rest and disconnect. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

First of all, thank you Alejandro for your hospitality and for being attentive to every little thing. I forgot the linens and Alejandro brought me 2 complete sets of sheets in seconds. Always attentive to absolutely everything. He offered us a 'late check-out' to enjoy a few more hours of our stay. Ceci! a amooor! From the first moment he reached out, he waited for our arrival with the warm casita, wood burning stove and riquisimos aromas. La cabañita un sueeeeeeño! We didn't want to get out of there, we had books, games and a muuuy space as available, for cooking we had all the necessary elements and more! everything surpassed our expectations, beautiful shower, hot water, windows overlooking the forest, huge park space, with outdoor fire pit, a wooden pergola with comfortable chairs! We really felt right at home! Close to the beach and the forest, ideal location!... and I repeat again, she is a beautiful person, and she is undoubtedly reflected in her casita!! We're very happy to meet you!!! COME BACK!!!
