Unbeatable. Pure design, good taste, comfort. Everything is like new and there are very nice welcome details such as water in the refrigerator, biscuits, tea, coffee, cacao, remove makeup and even a reception chocolate. The host is super nice and polite. Always willing to help and resolve. At night there is no noise or hassle. The apartment is close to everything in downtown area. I recommend it.

Everything was nicer than I expected. The apartment is beautiful, very warm and welcoming, with every detail designed to make the stay perfect. Mariano and Alicia's attention was excellent: always friendly, attentive and with the best predisposition. Also, they were super good with my dog Oliva which made us feel even more comfortable and welcome. Definitely a place I would love to go back to. Thank you for everything!

An excellent stay with an unbeatable location and unparalleled sea views. Excellent cleanliness of the apartment when we arrived, as well as the bed linen and towels. They have extras and amenities that make you want to come back. The heating works great for cold days. It also has very convenient parking. It has internet. I'll definitely be back, no doubt.

The stay was excellent! The house is beautiful, spacious and modernly equipped. The location is ideal to be close to the best beaches and you get easy transfer to the center. There is a lot of business nearby for the everyday or going out to eat even. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The service was excellent, always with a quick and friendly response. I recommend it and I would definitely come back!

The apartment is excellent and has a wonderful view! It has two bathrooms with a shower and is ideal for a stay of up to 4 people. Just for caution, the entrance to the parking lot is small, so if you have a very large car check the measures before with Noemí. Noemi is great, she responds on time and everything is 10. We would go back without hesitation!

Amazing stay, beautiful apartment, spacious, modern and ocean and city views from every window. Would definitely come back and recommend this place for both families and friends. Walking distance to beach and coffee shops, includes gym and pool in property and garage space. Very happy with this stay!!!

The stay was wonderful!!! Luciano and Ayelen are genius!!! They were kind enough to contemplate my husband's illness and were attentive at all times to respond to our inquiries . The apartment is just as you can see in the photos , it has everything to make you feel at home. The view is beautiful day and night and the location is perfect for resting and having everything nearby. We will be back without hesitation!!!

EXCELLENT!!! Really, everything I can write is not enough for what it deserves. Everything 10 out of 10. Beautiful apartment just like the photos, everything impeccable, everything available for use, impressive views of everything. With the windows it has and the comfort of everything, it even makes you want to stay inside all day. Lots of sunlight, which I love, and lots of air comes in when you open the windows. 1,000/10!!! They left us little gifts of candy and such upon arrival. Melany is a genius, GENIUS, GENIUSSSS. Super friendly, willing to help and very nice. She helped us when we left and everything. The apartment is of an exceptional level. Beach views and decoration are the strongest points. Super spacious kitchen and very relaxing living room. The fully equipped bathrooms and the rooms the same.

I have stayed at Fabiana's apartment more than once, and I recommend it 100%! Very bright, nice spaces, very complete, perfect for short or long term stays. Fabiana is a great host, and she strives to keep the depto beautiful and welcoming. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Mar del Plata!! 🌟

The apartment was very nice, in the perfect location and with an excellent view. Not too busy, but close to downtown. View of the ocean and the city was beautiful. Host was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back.

This apartment is a great choice for anyone wanting to spend a lot of time at playa grande or the nearby area. The apartment felt very high-end and modern, check-in was super easy, and Leticia is a very good communicator. The only problem I had was the WiFi would occasionally cut out randomly for a minute before coming back on.
