Great location in seaside near the beach. This is a timeshare so the photos in the listing did not match the unit we stayed in.

Our host was very responsive to questions and everything was great and as described.

Views from the dining room/living room were fantastic, and everything about the stay was just what we needed. Location’s great - nice and quiet, just 2 blocks from Laneda Ave for coffee and food and there’s a beach entrance just across the street from the house. Hope to be back soon!

great stay, clean, nice having the extra sleeping space for the kids. It was a little more expensive than some of the places I considered, but I'm glad I chose this one. Convenient location, pools and hot tubs, rec room, amazing view from the patio

The condominium was fun and nicely decorated. We loved the access to the beach and ocean. There were lots of amenities at the site. We utilized the pool and hot tub as well as the washer and dryer in our place. Thank you for sharing your place, we enjoyed our stay. We really liked walking down to the cute aquarium and we also took a spin on the double surrey bikes which was a great work out. I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this location. Chris made sure to email me to set up my reservation before she went on a trip. I appreciated her forethought. This is a little different than other Airbnbs I stayed at because it is not a person's house, it is a timeshare. So it has more of a hotel type of feel in regards to check in/out, using the pool, etc, except the accommodations are much better than a hotel. The two bedroom set up is perfect for families. You can't get closer to the beach the this location and it has a great pool area that overlooks the beach. I will definitely be staying again.

The ocean view from the living room full glass window was worth every penny and it beach access was right across the street and a short walk into the main part of town.

This place is such a great place for families. I highly recommend it. My family and I had the best time playing on the beach and in the pool. The space was spacious and kids loved their room which were they were delighted to discover had its own tv! We could watch all the fun on the beach and in the pool on our balcony which the kids also loved. It was also the best location in Seaside. Right on the beach, the promenade and the Main Street in Seaside. We hope we will be back!

Beautiful space, in a beautiful place!!

Amazing location. We loved our short walk through the dunes to a great, quiet spot on Manzanita beach. I've never had a master bedroom with a better view. It can not be beat. The home has a lovely, spacious, open floor plan with a great table for eating and games. The bathrooms and kitchen were well cleaned and the kitchen had all we needed to cook. Check in was easy, and Sunset to Sunset staff were very responsive and fast when we had a small issue. Cleaning staff professional and kind (ran into them as we were checking out.) You are best to assume owners will be present and active on their outdoor porch while you are there. They are kind and respectful, but you may experience their dog barking while they are out, the occasional smoke of cigar drifting down, or a phone conversation occurring overhead while you read on the porch. For us, that was all manageable, and together, with the owner above, we watched 4 bull elk walk the dunes right out the door on our last morning. Magic

The house was very clean and well organized. We were so impressed by how well stocked it was! Plenty of cookware, spices, anything you would need to cool meals was available. There were tons of things for our toddler, toys, a playhouse out back, even a pack and play and baby monitor! There was all the beach essentials and each thing was meticulously labeled, clean and organized. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This place was perfect for a weekend! Spacious, especially upstairs. Had everything we needed and more, and was just a short walk to the shops/beach. Very clean and comfortable.

Very cute place, slightly vintage aesthetically in a good way! Good lighting, comfy beds (even the futon). Lovely wood paneled walls, and even though other houses are very close the main deck felt private. The trees surrounding the house have a lovely feeling and were very beautiful, it felt like we were in the forest even though other houses are all around. I would definitely stay here again. A 5-7 ish minute walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay and would go back. The host was very proactive in sending us check-in information. They offered us early check-in and late check-out if it was available. The view of the ocean is wonderful from the deck and just inside the house. We watched the sunset each night and the stars were amazing! We figured out why it's called the Star Gazer. The house was very clean, very well-stocked and mostly updated. The kitchen is beautiful, the furniture is really nice and the beds are comfortable. The house looked noticeably smaller than the photos but we had plenty of space. The main tub with jets was amazing! I hope they'll update the upstairs bathroom because we wanted to use the whole upstairs as the main but the toilet and shower head were very low. One more thing to note: the stairs between each level are a little steep and don't have a big run for people with large feet. We got used to it but plan to do a lot of stairs due to the split level floorplan.

We had a wonderful stay for our weekend in Seaside! The house was easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house was immaculate and so well appointed, that it felt like home. There wasn't a single thing that we wished we'd had. The kitchen had all appliances and cookware. It is really rare to find a place with all of the things you need to cook. There were games and workout equipment. The beds were comfortable - it fit 5 of us easily and we could have fit a few more. The back yard is fully fenced, which was great since we had our two small dogs with us. We all agreed that we will come back! We didn't get a chance to use the sauna, which looked wonderful, but we plan to next time. The host was very responsive, kind, and helpful.

Our family enjoyed our time in Pacific City. Daniel's house was a great home with a well stocked kitchen for cooking in and very comfortable beds. It's about a five minute walk over or around the dunes to a great beach. Recommend 👍
