This apartment is centrally located and is perfect for a family or two couples. It has a large sitting area with a very comfortable sofa with plenty of seating room. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The host is very responsive and friendly. There were a few things we needed during our stay and the host was quick to help us out. The only minor issue we had was that we needed to use our mobile phone to unlock the door when we first arrived (before we were able to use the key that he provided). I had poor cell coverage when we entered the building so at first it was difficult to get the front door open. After a few tries we were able to get it to work. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

De studio is echt perfect! Licht, ruim en een heerlijk terras. In de buurt veel voorzieningen en maar kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum. De studio is schoon, fris en van werkelijk alles voorzien!

Neighborhood is beautiful - easy walk to park and center city attractions. Gloria was kind to provide provisions for us so we didn't need to go to get groceries the first day. The apartment was large enough for the 6 of us.

We had a wonderful stay in Madrid. Lupe was extremely accommodating with a cot for our baby, and provided local recommendations. The Airbnb was in a great location to easily travel by metro, train, and by foot. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to Retiro Park! Would recommend to others.

Bel et grand appartement, bien situé et bien équipé. L'épicerie se trouve à un jet de pierre de l'appartement. Nous étions deux couples et l'appartement de par sa division nous a permis d'avoir chacun notre intimité. Notre arrivée s'est très bien déroulée à l'aide d'une bonne accommodation de la part de nos hôtes. Je recommande fortement ce lieu.

We loved our stay in this apartment for our three days in Madrid. Alan was super helpful and met us as we pulled in. He helped us figure out the best way to get there from the airport (Madrid taxis are awesome and easy). Apartment was just what we wanted and needed. Peaceful and relaxing. A great place to come back to after walking around the city all day. The area near Lava Pies was perfect for us. Older part of town and full of life but still chill. Would stay here again on our next trip back to Madrid. So mid to enjoy

Our stay was AMAZING! It was in the perfect place for Madrid. Close to the metro and literally right by the Plaza Mayor. The Airbnb was perfect and exactly what we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again next time we’re in Madrid!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Madrid. Unbelievable location overlooking Plaza Mayor, yet nice and quiet and cool in the apartment—a restful break from the crowds below! We enjoyed the living room and dining room for breakfasts and hanging out, and took advantage of the cool movie room to watch Casablanca one night. Great peaceful place in the hustle and bustle of Old Town.

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo, tres parejas de amigos con niños pequeños. La casa estaba limpia y tenía todo lo necesario, exactamente como estaba descrita. Una habitación en el piso de abajo y tres habitaciones más arriba, dos bañeras que vienen genial con niños. Aunque no pudimos usar la piscina porque no era temporada, estaba vallada y es un extra de tranquilidad con los niños. Sí usaron mucho la cama elástica y el amplio patio, Beatriz dejó incluso un pequeño columpio y tobogán aunque ya estaba un poco viejo. Lo único es que alrededor de la casa no hay mucho que hacer y falta algún parque grande en el pueblo, pero hay muchos restaurantes y algunas rutas a pocos minutos en coche. Nos ha gustado mucho.

La casa es muy acogedora....nos encantó...lo peor son las escaleras....son difíciles . Pensábamos que estaba el salón y la cocina en el mismo piso...y la cama arriba. La ubicación y el pueblo nos encantó

Un sitio precioso, tal y como sale en la fotos. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado, completamente equipado. La comunicación con Ana y su marido fue muy buena, atentos en todo momento. Sin duda un sitio al que volver.

We loved staying at Laura's place in Moralzarzal for the second time. Situated above the city with incredible mountain views, we were lucky to have a cool swimming pool and beautiful outdoor space to relax after school and on the weekends. The interior of the house is perfect for Maymester chaperones, as it has separate bathroom and sleeping areas on two floors, as well as an open layout living space that allowed us to cook, read, and catch up on emails and blogs in the same space. Although we did have a few challenges with plumbing and AC, Laura was super communicative and worked hard to make sure that those issues were resolved as soon as possible. Her neighbor was very helpful as well and even delivered bakery goods to us from Laura.

Alvaro’s place was spacious and beautiful! It had everything you could possibly need. We felt very comfortable there. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend his place.

We had a great stay! The apartment is very well located, close to many of Madrid’s main tourist spots, which made it super easy to walk around and explore the city. The place itself is very spacious, super comfortable, and felt really safe, which is always a plus. The bed was also very comfy — we slept great every night. Elena and her assistant are both incredibly kind and always checked in to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend!

John s place was great … it was walkable to all the main attraction… The house was clean and well maintained… Would definitely recommend

Muy bien equipado y limpio. Muy buen espacio de trabajo. El anfitrión nos dejó ingredientes para desayuno, incluyendo máquina de café. A diez minutos de la Gran Vía de Majadahonda, llena de restaurantes. A dos minutos de la autovía M-503.

Place was exactly as pictured, the location was amazing and the balcony was perfect. You are literally in the middle of everything which made it easy to explore. The apartment can accommodate 4 people comfortably with their own private spaces. Everything was clean and organized. I messed up and didn’t know how to get in, but Milli was amazing at responding quickly. Thank you for your hospitality!

Recomiendo este apartamento por su ubicación, cómodo, en un lugar muy tranquilo y a escaso 100 metros de La Gran Vía, la anfitriona Nuria muy amable.

El departamento muy cómodo y completamente equipado con lo necesario. Aire acondicionado en los dos ambientes, cocina bien equipada. Buena presión del agua en la ducha. Apto para estancias largas de una pareja.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.

Ubicado donde lo necesitaba, cerca del aeropuerto, pero lo encontre muy pequeño para 4 personas, muchas gracias
