We had a fantastic 3-day stay at this place! The unit was exactly as described and pictured - comfortable, clean, and cozy. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host/agent did a great job of maintaining the space, and everything was just as expected. The amenities were convenient, and the location was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Our stay at the Airbnb house in Malaybalay City was simply fantastic. The owner was incredibly responsive, even accommodating our late check-in. The affordability was impressive, and renting the whole house provided us with utmost comfort. Privacy was ensured, and having access to a well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient. The reliable internet and safe parking space were added bonuses. We will definitely choose this house again when we visit Malaybalay City. Highly recommended!

We had a smooth-sailing stay in CDO because of Ms. May’s great hosting. She was very generous to accept our requests on check-in and check-out time and was very accommodating to our whole family during our entire stay. She constantly suggested things to do, places to visit, and offered to go with us (and offered us a ride) in most of our activities. You wouldn’t expect a place to be as good as the price she offers—you really get the value for your money. The house was clean too and the subdivision was top-tier, peaceful, executive. We really felt at home and I am now offering her place to our relatives who will come visit CDO soon. Nice to meet you tita May hehe hope to see you again sometime in the future!

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.

The best by far, the view, the house is very spacious, the staff were accommodating, i love the kitchen, the pool with a Santorini vibes, clean and flowing water..10/10 for me..

Felt like home! Our big family of more than 10 really enjoyed our stay here. The place is spacious, which made it very comfortable for all of us. They even had board games available, which we enjoyed playing at night. The host was friendly and accommodating as well. It was a perfect place to stay for a family getaway, and we'd love to come back again.

A comfortable place for a longer-term stay. It has everything needed to feel right at home in a new country. The views from the 16th floor were beautiful and provided a get away from the noisy traffic below. The building gym and pool were only available to guests staying 3 month or more. It would be nice if that and other rules that were on the inside of the entry of the condo unit were in the description to warn other guests to these restrictions.

3rd time staying at Kimberly John’s place and will keep coming back. It’s like you never left home. It’s clean and complete. Highly recommended!

It's a home away from home

Second time staying here and I’m glad to say it hasn’t changed. Had everything I needed. I had a peaceful stay here and slept well. Love also that the room is higher up, so you hear less of the hubbub below. Thankful to Alchie for accommodating my requests and being quick to reply.

The host was very responsive even we checked in last minute. Place was so spacious and organized. We would love to choose this place again!

I stayed for 2 months and had a wonderful experience. The place was simple but great, perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. There was a nice table I used for studying, and the balcony view was one of my favorite parts. It faced the amenities and the gym so I could easily check if anyone was working out before heading down myself. I could also hang my laundry on a drying rack on the balcony, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a well-thought-out space in a great location. Highly recommended!!!
