Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

Curro was da hospitable, nothing was too much trouble when I had a few questions. Great location, sea view close to everything. I would definitely recommend. Our first time in Estapona but not our last!

We were over in Estepona for a wedding ad stayed here and we absolutely loved it, easy to access, superb location on the beach front and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The place was pristine and we would highly recommend!!

The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and within beautiful grounds. The pool was great with sun loungers and parasols available for use. Perfect location for the beach, only a couple of minutes walk away. We stayed as a family of 6 and felt there was a great amount of space in the apartment and the washing machine and tumble drier was a great amenity also! Quiet location, it’s a longish walk for young children to the main restaurant areas, but taxis were only 5-6 euros and the gentleman on security was always happy to help and order taxis for us. Next time I would maybe hire a car. The walk is ok for adults, my parents walked to the old town each day and just got a taxi back no problem.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Perfekt vor allem mit privater Garage, nachdem man aus Malaga kommt, wo man wirklich nur am Suchen ist, war das jetzt ein echter Luxus. Der Strand ist auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die private Anlage verfügt sogar über einen Pool und die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig.

Toller Blick vom Balkon auf die Bucht und Gibraltar. Schöne Einrichtung und alles sehr sauber. Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Nette und einfache Kommunikation mit Jan. Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt :-)

It was a beautiful base to see the surrounding area. Very spacious with a large enclosed balcony, which could be opened which served as an additional lounge and breakfast room. From there we had great ocean views. The place was spotlessly clean, in pretty garden grounds with a nice looking swimming pool, but being winter time we did not use it. There is access from there through a gate to the ocean and walks. The spacious underground car park with a direct lift to the apartment was very convenient.. The host, Oliver was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions about the property or restaurant tips etc . Definitely recommend as a base for the many attractive and interesting visits in the area.

Logement parfait , grand, très propre, très bien équipé (cuisine, 3 cafetières, lave linge et lave vaisselle,four… ) produits ménagers, ainsi que de toilette et alimentaires à disposition)2 chambres séparées avec chacune sa salle de bain avec wc , 1wc près de l’entrée, logement sous alarme et place de parking privée Felipe ( très réactif aux messages)transmets les coordonnées et toutes les informations pour entrer dans son logement avec explications et photos Je recommande +++ Je reviendrai avec plaisir Appartement très calme et très bien situé pour rejoindre les accès routiers pour visiter les villes (Gibraltar, estepona, Marbella)

Wir waren von der Unterkunft und der Umgebung total begeistert und unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen. Das Apartment war genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, sehr sauber und äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Super Balkon mit atemberaubendem Blick aufs Meer, sogar Delfine gesichtet. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen, klare Empfehlung...

Onze ervaring in het appartement van Heike was uitstekend. Het voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. We kijken ernaar uit om bij een volgend verblijf opnieuw van dit appartement gebruik te maken.

Nous avons été complètement séduits par l’appartement full confort et en particulier par sa terrasse qui est une pièce de vie à part entière avec une vue magnifique… de plus l’environnement est très paisible et très calme… tout est prévu dans l’appartement pour que le séjour se passe au mieux… quand on quitte l’appartement il n’y a pas besoin de faire beaucoup de kilomètres pour trouver un bon restaurant, une belle plage ou un endroit à visiter… bref on recommande vivement cet appartement !

We really liked Sandras apartment. Cozy, warm and beautiful interior. We liked the open kitchen solution, and it had everyting we need to cook food. From the kitchen you could also see the sunrise every morning and its also seawiev. The beds were comfortable so sleept well every night. The area is very calm and quiet. Its up on a hill so you need a car I could really recommend this place if you want peace and quiet. Sandra is a really nice host with great commuication.

A wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, watching the sunrise over the sea was very special. Great location with lots of space, very quiet when we visited in April and lovely walks by the beach in both directions. Marisa was a great host, very quick to respond to any questions we had and resolved a few small issues immediately. We hope to return again later in the year when the pools have warmed up. Highly recommend this apartment and Marisa as a host.

Una casa muy bonita y súper bien equipada con todo lo que puedes necesitar para unas vacaciones tranquilas. Y lo mejor, sin duda, son las vistas impresionantes.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Lola und Juan Carlos sind super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Das AirBnb ist wirklich toll und gut ausgestattet, wie auf den Fotos, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die ganze Anlage ist schön und gepflegt, der Poolbereich ist ruhig und man hat auch noch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Würde ich wieder buchen!

Un apartamento muy bonito, cómodo y luminoso, mejor que en las fotos, con una terraza muy agradable que da sobre el paseo marítimo que es como un jardín bótanico y el mar. El apartamento de Raquel y Juanma está muy bien equipado y estuvieron en todo momento disponibles y muy amables y nos recibieron con un super detalle de bienvenida. Esta cerca andando del casco antiguo y del puerto deportivo. Muy recomendable. Muchas gracias.

The apartment is in an excellent location. 15 minutes walk from the airport. Lots bars, restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes. The roof top is a real sun trap.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed — three beautiful swimming pools, a pool table, a gym, and parking, all of which made the experience even better. The hosts were incredible and so friendly — special shout-out to Thomas for making everything so easy and welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay!
