Holiday rentals with a sauna in Manila Bay

The place was extremely easy to locate. Angelica was able to provide me with a PDF file that contains all the necessary information for the check in, check out, as well as other vital info such as Wifi password. Location was near to a lot of convenience stores which is a big plus. It was also clean. I was not able to see shampoo and soap for bathing but I’m not really complaining considering its price. Overall: 5/5 rating

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. My boyfriend and I book Airbnb stays every month, and this has been our best experience so far! Jennifer is an outstanding host, accommodating and responsive, even weeks before our stay. She made sure we were comfortable, even offering us a free ride to the unit. The place was amazing. The aircon was top-notch cold enough to make us sleep like babies! The kitchen had all utensils and condiments (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper), super convenient if you plan on cooking! The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries… felt like home. We wish we could've stayed longer. A couple of minor things to note: the soundbar partially blocks the TV sensor, so you'll need to get up to use the remote. Also, the TV isn't centered directly in front of the bed (in case that matters to you). But these are just small details that didn't take away from the overall experience. Check with Jenny about extended check-out, she's super accommodating. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! 💯

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was responsive, gave clear instructions and made the whole process seamless plus waking up to the view of sunrise was breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again!

Vince was very accommodating, he was fast respond to us at all hours, service was great, it felt more like I was staying at a cousins apartment as opposed to a hotel. Air conditioners worked great apartment was beautiful. My kids really loved the space and the convenience of the washer and dryer was absolutely phenomenal. It came in handy. Extremely happy with my stay, I will be staying again for sure in the near future. There is a 24 hour 711 right downstairs, which was great. There was a nice little coffee stand outside of the building. The building staff was phenomenal and friendly always greeted us with smiles. Great location, walking distance to everything.

I had an amazing stay at the unit. It was comfortable and has everything needed for the entire stay. The kitchen if fully equipped and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. The bed is comfy and the place is so clean.

There was a minor issue with the unit during my stay. Richard was very responsive and helpful and got the issue resolved very quickly in a manner that I greatly appreciated. Very good host!

Upon my arrival, I felt immediately at home in the apartment’s warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-stocked and provided ample space for my culinary needs. The panoramic view of the pool was truly impressive, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I could continue to praise the property, but in summary, I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.

Alina place is well located, close to many of the main attractions. Alina was flexible on check-in and check-out and communicated well throughout the stay.

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

We stayed at Love Lourdes Villa with our big family and had a really comfortable experience. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had a relaxed, welcoming feel, and the location made it easy to get to nearby shops, restaurants, and other essentials. Everything we needed was available, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. The setup worked well for a larger group, and we had plenty of space to unwind. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families or groups looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay!

The place is easy to find. It is very clean and orderly. Children enjoyed the amenities. At night time, it is very peaceful and quiet and the house is well- secured. Kuya Joseph, the caretaker is very helpful when we asked for assistance with what we need. Hosts are responsive and helpful.

Thina is such a great host, she is very responsive at all times, she makes sure to address your concerns/questions. Her place is so lovely and clean. Some of the items are old and suggest to replace/remove stain if still possible as it’s not appealing to use like the microwave, Thina was so kind to respond immediately and ensured that microwave is clean, but we just decided not to use the microwave as it has old yellow stains already. We just did not like the building policy that anyone who needs to go up and stay for a few hours still needs to pay Php250 per head, we had an event and needed for hair and makeup artists to go up just for 2hrs but still needed to reg and settle Php250 per head. Also if you have visitors, that will visit you just for few hours, be prepared for the “registration fee” of the bldg that doesn’t make any sense. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Thina’s unit, it’s just that we did not like the bldg policy about reg fee and fees for using amenities.

Staying at Casa Tawhai for New Year was one of the best decisions we made! From the moment we stepped in, it felt like a home away from home—but better! The property itself was stunning. The layout was perfect for family bonding! With the amenities so close to each other—like the charcoal grill right next to the outside dining area and the pool/sauna just steps away—it was so easy for everyone to stay connected and enjoy each other’s company. Whether we were cooking, swimming or relaxing, we were always together, making the experience even more special. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend Casa Tawhai to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. It’s the perfect retreat for relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying quality time surrounded by nature and tranquility.
