Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mani Peninsula

The house was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful garden. Elias gave us great tips about the area and was available whenever we needed anything.

Xirocampi is a quite pretty village and well suited as access to the mountains (Profitis Ilias). The apartment is located above the restaurant of the operators. It is very colorful and decorated with lots of old, personal belongings of the family. It has everything you need. For example, shampoo and baths. It was very personal and warm. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. We felt very comfortable!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is very spacious, clean and cozy. Lizzie is a nice hostess, very friendly and helpful. It is a small beautiful, quiet village with old houses and beautiful streets. Within 10 minutes you can be on the beach of Stoupa. You can walk beautifully in the area. Highly recommend!

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

The guesthouse is right next door and we had a nice welcome. beautiful landscape and clean house. The hosts took the time to speak with us to give us suggestions and they were very responsive. We didn't miss a thing. I just want to emphasize that the bathroom is very small and there is no shower cubicle; so the water goes everywhere. Also, the stairs to get to the rooftop bedroom are very abridged so you have to be careful. The place was well worth it, a real paradise that gives us the feeling of being on the roof of the world!

Just wonderful! The house is very convenient, arranged with great taste and care. There are numerous books and music to dive into. The kitchen provides everything - it is equipped like our kitchen at home. The view from this upper village of Tyros is breathtaking combining sea and steep mountain slopes. A car to get there is recommended. Host Ilias is very accomodating and polite, at the same time practical and discreet. We enjoyed our stay there very much and will certainly come back. Excellent accommodation, spacious, with swimming pool. We spent a few days, I recommend it.

It was a quiet beautiful place outside of Kalamata but very close by car. Panayiotis was friendly and helpful in everything we needed and in general it is a place I would choose again.

Very homely, close to bakery, supermarket and beach. Having a washing machine was brilliant. Beds were very comfy. Would recommend highly.

What a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described, the apartment was comfortable and perfect for my family, Nikos had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (baby crib, high chair), our kid loved playing outside in the garden and the views from our private balcony over the mountains, the sea and the olive trees were spectacular. Words can't describe this place and Dia our hostess. Before we got there, Dia went above and beyond to help us with our plans, both on our travel there and during our stay. From the minute we stepped in we felt right at home. Everything you need is there and the surroundings are simply magnificent. From the view from the apartment to the private beach below. It was everything we could ask for. A true paradise we would like to keep to ourselves for future trips.. and of course Dia who made our vacation even more enjoyable and made sure we have everything we need. Thank you Dia!

This is the place you will feel comfortable and will be able to relax from noise. There are 2 work places (separate rooms , tables and chairs) perfect for someone who works remotely. Super clean ! Top comfy and large bed! Place is spotless! There is everything you need in the kitchen (olive oil , salt/pepper , coffee , cookies:) ) Totally recommend!

Warm and very clean accommodation as described… very nice view of the small port and the sea… a few steps from restaurants and convenience stores and the sea… The host Foteini left us plenty of little treats to make our stay very pleasant

Comfortable with great views.

Fantastic experience at this location, the host were easy to communicate with and the rental was just as advertised, we had a wonderful time. They did little things that really stood out for us who travel the world a lot like having aluminum foil and Saran wrap, having Tupperware we could use and an ice pack in the freezer . We cook a lot when we travel and having a functioning kitchen is very important and they definitely had that. The gift of bananas and apples were quite tasty. there is even a nice chilled bottle of Chardonnay on the table waiting for us, but we don't drink. The dog and cats were very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect distance to the city and then away from all the noise. Don't forget to look for the sunset around evening time because it's quite beautiful. If we ever find ourselves on the west coast of Greece again you can believe that we will definitely rent from these guys again.

We stayed in this high-quality villa for nine nights and enjoyed our time there very much. The brand new house is modernly decorated and very clean. Large rooms, a terrace with great sea views and lots of peace. You are completely private on the hill and can enjoy the tranquility. Surrounded by many olive trees, you live practically in the middle of nature. Only the access to the house takes some getting used to for the normal road driver, as it goes quite steeply uphill from the sea to the property. But since there is practically no traffic, you can drive up and down very relaxed and slowly. There are fantastic beaches in the area (most with stones) and Kalamata itself is about a 1/2 hour drive away. So if you are looking for peace and quiet and want to vacation in a modern house with plenty of space, this property is highly recommended.

Anastasios's home was comfortable, with exquisite views, safe parking, a short drive to Gythio town and a range of sights and restaurants, but also walking distance to 2 great tavernas in the local village. His restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do were excellent. We would definitely love to visit again.

Amazing home in a quiet and convenient location. This is a real home place- all of the special furnishings, art, and photos make this home more special. It is a walk to Gytheion and the beach in Mavrovouni Beach, about 30 minutes each way and obviously the way back is uphill- but a very nice walk (especially after eating a big meal). This area is so nice and peaceful. Avra provides anything you may need at the home- towels, cooking essentials, food, snacks and drinks! What a great place to stay!

Wow, what can I say, this place is simply amazing! The house is spacious with great sized rooms, well appointed kitchen with a few basics and pods for the coffee machine, which was a great touch. The bathrooms all have lovely toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so no need to bring them. The master bathroom has a door to a private balcony, also accessed from the master bedroom, which was super cool and had an amazing view, as did every window in the whole house! The outside space is just gorgeous, nice wee pool, comfy loungers and my favourite was the covered seating area, I miss having my morning coffee there. There is a great BBQ area with a bag of fabulous local charcoal provided, a basketball hoop and ball which my kids used a lot and a swing set & seesaw for younger ones. Lidl is a 5 minute walk and had everything we needed but the closest restaurant is a good 30 minute walk so a car is advisable. We hope to return as Eleni was an amazing host and her house is amazing !

loved our stay,very relaxing and comfortable..Maria was an excellent communicator and Violetta did wonderful job with keeping it clean, especially with a baby.Pool area lovely . Will definitely return.
