A great condominium for families and children. Quiet and very organized. Associated beach and nature. House with all infrastructure. It looked like it was in my house. Careful hosts and left even a Mother's Day treat. I will always return I can.

Vanessa is a great host, super attentive and the house is even but beautiful as the photos show, a beautiful view, clean and super spacious house, we are a group of 10 people all adored without any complaint , on the contrary just praise .

There were 7 of us, 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. The children played and enjoyed that beautiful park. The house was very comfortable, the pool being fenced gave us peace of mind. The rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the bathrooms were fine. I would come back and I will recommend it to my friends and family. It was four wonderful days, we celebrated my son's birthday. Everything was perfect, the house is beautiful and has everything, we didn't want for anything. It was so perfect that we already rented it for my daughter's birthday too. The pool is great... I have stayed in several houses and lofts in this condominium, but for this house the rating is the maximum. I recommend it We're waiting for the return.

The house is extremely pleasant and we have a breathtaking view! Personally, it is even more beautiful than in the pictures! It is located practically by the beach, just steps from the sea. The beach is quiet and little bustling, which provides a lot of privacy and quiet. The house is well equipped, offering beach chairs, sun umbrellas, stand-up boards, canoes and various items to ensure fun throughout the stay. For children, there is pool, slide and swing, which was a great success in our family. The kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. The courtyard is full of fruit trees that guests can consume. Although the house is old, it is very well maintained and impeccably clean. The hosts were super attentive, greeted us with cake, and explained everything about how the house works We were beyond pleased!

Perfect trip for a family Carnival! The house is sensational, even much better than the photos can show! From the reservation to our exit, everything was very well organized with Silvio and Marcia, which still have a cleaning and kitchen staff note 1000. We really enjoyed our stay at the property, a pastoral location, with a private dock, easy beach access and a beautiful view. We got the apartment fully equipped and tidy and the sofa that opens into a bed was an amazing bonus! Demetrius was available at all hours of the day- throughout the day he maintained the place, answered any questions, helped and was friendly and welcomed us with a smile!

Me and my family were pleased by the emergency service at the times when it was necessary. Space very well aired,all very clean and organized. Friendly and proactive hostess,my only suggestion would be the TV that only had open channels and we couldn't watch movies.. outside this,everything perfect.

Adriana and her husband were kind and solicited with my family, soon upon arrival we were graced with snack, beer and soda. The condominium is very quiet and 10 minutes from the beach on foot by the train line, but my family and I find it a little dangerous there but for those who are not afraid is the best way. The stay was good, clean house and good structure for 4 people and despite the incident with the box, which broke and hurt my father-in-law, we like it very much.

House extremely as advertised, everything you need is in the house, spacious house, ventilated, incredible view, safe condominium, the quiet beach to relax and enjoy the family and with children, there is the club that has the wonderful waterfall and swimming pool. It was 3 incredible and very peaceful days in this wonderful place. Charles was always available to answer me in everything that was asked, the owner Luciene who welcomed us was friendly and super attentive, a sweetheart. It was an amazing weekend! For those who like a family atmosphere, tranquility, fishing and beach, you will love it. All very clean and organized. Mr. Luís is super helpful. One thing that caught my attention was having detergent, sponge and toilet paper in the bathroom. We often leave in a hurry and forget to buy and arrive at a house that the host has available is super valid. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back. Amazing view!!! Not to mention the hammock to rest with a beautiful landscape! Congratulations, great house!!!

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

The crossing from Itacuruça to the island is fast and quiet, therefore, it is not an impediment to carrying out activities on the coast.
