Nina's space is loyal to the ad and communication flowed super well! The cordiality and availability of Dizinho was a differential. The beach with calm sea, it was great for my son to play. Because we went on holiday, the beach had movement/music from other groups and schooners, but even then the days we spent in the Nina space were great!

Very comfortable, all rooms with air-conditioning! Parking for 2 cars, towels and clean linens. 10min walk to the beach, condominium with some hills, few parking spots near the beach! We were able to use the Porto Real Suites and the Porto Real Resort. The apartment has a beautiful view and bright and airy rooms. We'll be back again and again! We loved it! Everything was perfect.

A good opportunity for those looking to enjoy and rest with family and friends. The condominium was easy to find but with the necessary silence for these days. Natalício is a great host, he facilitated our stay and was easy to communicate with.

I've had an excellent experience in this house! The property is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well maintained, comfortable and very well located. The rooms are airy, tastefully decorated and extremely functional. The kitchen was complete and equipped, the rooms had clean and comfortable bedding, and all the spaces conveyed a welcoming feeling of home.

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

Good location, clean and organized loft, condominium with great structure, our daughter and our puppy enjoyed a lot. It didn't have much of a restaurant option, but it served us in our need, there is also a small mall on the highway. Roberta was kind and responded quickly.

Telma's house was perfect! The house is complete with everything working perfectly. Large swimming pool, barbecue area with bathroom. Large backyard with an acerola tree as a bonus. Close to the beach and easy to access. We felt at home and will be back for sure!

We stayed at Bianca's house and it was a wonderful weekend. Great location, clean house, great structure and 10 steps from the beach. Bianca is always very attentive and available to help with everything. We're already talking about coming back other times.

I love the convenience of the van that makes the transport to the beach. The structure of the condominium is great, everything clean and safe. it was wonderful to spend a few days with my family, the children loved. I will definitely come back more often. Exceptional Experience! We were greeted with an impeccable, clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment with bedding, towels and toiletries with hotel standard. In addition to all of this, Claudia still received us with a stuffed basket and a delicious cake! Very affectionate in every detail!!! Outside all the support that was given, with condominium guidelines, local beaches, salon indication (we stayed for a wedding) and others. If you return to Mangaratiba, I will definitely stay at the apartment again! I recommend it with no hesitation. About the condominium: the beach is beautiful, with a tent and good structure, but the sea is very dangerous, not suitable for bathing. Other than that, the structure is very good, offering several leisure options (restaurant, club, game room, etc.). The streets are very steep, which makes it a little difficult to access the places on foot, but the condominium itself has a van service for internal transport.

Simply a paradise, all perfect for spending pleasant days with family and friends. Outdoor structure with swimming pools, beach and spectacular Pier. Armando the super attentive and friendly host, we will certainly be back next summer.

A true paradise! The stunning view makes you feel at peace from the beginning to the end of your stay! I'd be looking at it all my life and I wouldn't get tired, it made the tour even more worth it. Townships blows a delightful wind every morning and afternoon. The lofts are very well equipped and organized, the stove works perfectly and has a great oven for those who will cook as we did. The instructions are clear and communication with Carla was super ok! The access ramp to the garage to climb with a low car is a little difficult, but not impossible. Even with the demand for the holiday we enjoy everything without any noise or external problems. Although there is no air conditioning, fans serve the space very well. I hope I can come back soon, it's really a private paradise in the midst of nature!
