An incredible house and location. We especially loved the view, pool, and access to the sea below the house. It was an incredible stay for our family. Great responsive and welcoming hosts, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hafen mit einem einmaligen Ausblick, wirklich eine kleine Oase inmitten einer wunderschönen Wohngegend. Der Strand ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und zum Hafen mit seinen unglaublich guten Restaurants und gemütlichen Bars braucht man nur 5 Minuten. Wir haben selten so gut gegessen wie hier! Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns in allen Belangen unterstützt. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, absolute Empfehlung!

Highly recommended! It’s the perfect place to be if you just want to relax peacefully and private. You’ve got everything you need and actually don’t have to leave the property. All in all wonderful stay. Tiziana is a wonderful host. Super friendly and helpful. You could ask anything and got an answer immediately. We felt very comfortable and would do it again and again :) Thanks again at this point

Die Villa Aria ist traumhaft und sogar schöner als auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stimmig, jedes Detail ist sorgfältig ausgewählt. Ein solch zauberhaftes Ferienhaus ist außergewöhnlich und habe ich auch noch nie so gefunden. Der Pool war beheizt, der Whirlpool hat einen tollen Ausblick. Gut zu wissen: zwei der drei Bäder sind direkt in den Schlafzimmern und „nur“ mit einer Milchglastür vom Schlafzimmer getrennt. Das Zimmer vorne an der Küche hat eine Schiebetür (auf den Bildern erkennbar) dadurch ist es etwas hellhörig. Für uns war es gut so. Der Ort ist (in der Nebensaison) sehr ruhig, flussläufig gibt es zwei Restaurants, es gibt aber keinen klassischen Ortskern. Weitere, tolle Ortschaften und Supermärkte sind schnell zu erreichen, ein Auto ist aber obligatorisch. Enzo steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und ist immer erreichbar. Es war ein toller, rundum erholsamer und herrlicher Aufenthalt und wir würden immer wieder kommen.

We had a great stay at Marta's place just outside Agrigento. It truly is a working villa with a beautiful lemon orchard and olive orchard and great views of the Greek ruins . It felt very much like entering an extended family. Dinner at her cousin's place was a lovely unexpected perk. And her uncles lemoncello was a delicious end to the day. Willie ['the dog] was welcome company.

Schöner Ort, um bei einem Roadtrip durch Sizilien ein paar Tage direkt am Meer zu entspannen. Gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Interieur sauber und schön, da alles noch ziemlich neu ist. Empfehlenswert ist ein eher kleineres Auto da die Garageneinfahrt sehr eng ist. Unser Mietauto war ein Ford Focus wir kamen knapp rein;) Leider ist kurz vor unserer Ankunft der vordere Teil des Garten, der unmittelbar am Meer liegt, leicht abgesackt. Es wurde ein kleiner Gartenzaun errichtet,damit man nicht in Gefahr gerät. Bei starkem Regenfall, was wir erlebten, regnet es auf der linken Seite des Hauses stark rein. Also bei schönem Wetter ist das Haus und die Umgebung sicher traumhaft schön, da man das Meer in türkisfarbenen Schimmer direkt vor der Nase geniessen kann.

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

The whole team were really helpful and responsive. The villa and especially the garden are fantastic, as is the town of Scicli. The sound proofing between the two bedrooms isn’t good which is just something to be aware of if you value your privacy. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa!

Our Stay was a 10/10. Antonio and Carmellio were amazing hosts. No matter at what time they were here to help. We really felt at home. The house was perfect for a chilled holiday for a group of friends. The kitchen is a dream for cooking for a big group, well equipped and a lot of fridges and freezer. The Conservatory is so beautiful and with a lot of love on the detail like everything in the house. The pool is amazing and really big aswell as the beautiful surrounding area. You should bring some slippers to walk on the grass around the pool because are many small wild plants to step on. The Dogs on the property were the most cutest and well mannerd dogs, we loved to have Lilly around us and she made our holiday even better. Even though we weren’t the only ones on the big property we had all the privacy we needed and nothing to worry about. Thank you for the nice holiday:)

Angela & Giuseppe were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home and offered so many great recommendations during our visit. They were present in their adjacent home throughout our stay, & they were there if we needed anything but also very respectful of our privacy at the same time. I have never interacted so much with an airbnb host before as they are really lovely people. The property was so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to start & end each day of our visit. I really hope to get back there again and cannot recommend their place enough. There were so many great historical sights, beaches & restaurants within a short, (10-30 mins) drive from their place.

The villa was very well presented, spacious and well equipped. It is in a peaceful, private countryside situation. The beds are comfortable with crisp white bedding and very clean bathrooms. The grounds are excellent being well laid out and maintained! The swimming pool is set slightly away from the main house and is all one depth which was excellent for our mixed age family group. The swimming pool has its own pool house with coffee machine, fridge, shower and toilet facilities. Electric gates provide added security!

My family and I (9 persons) had a great time in Modica. The place is amazing, with the separate kitchen and the 3 houses. Also the garden and the swimming pool are great. Sofia was very kind and helpfull during our stay. We would recommend this place!!

Great villa, with a great pool. Very nice view from the hill to the sea, very quiet and relaxing. Hosts are very friendly and proactive in providing e.g. restaurants and sight seeing tips. Restaurant for example were all very good. If you have a car the location is very good to visit the temples of Agrigento, close to nice beaches and good restaurant. Clear recommendation.

Amazing villa! Very spacious with the well organized outside area. Clean pool, warm jacuzzi, different sitting and sun bating locations, fully equipped outdoor pantry with built in BBQ. House furniture is complete and kitchen is luxurious with all you might need. We truly enjoyed our vacation and stay at the Villa Mimà. Surrounding was very peaceful with astonishing view and a lot of privacy. There are many interesting beaches and the historical costal areas rather near by. Our host, owner of the Villa, was greeting us in person at both check-in and check-out, keeping contact with us during the stay. Very kind and nice person. Basket filled in with the bread, pasta and other ingredients needed for a dinner after a long trip was waiting for us upon arrival. We would definitely recommend Villa Mimà as the place to stay while enjoying Sicilian sun and food!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem traumhaften Haus! Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Alberto für die tolle Zeit in seinem Haus bedanken! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert – die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen absolut der Realität. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, großzügig geschnitten und liegt in einer wunderbar ruhigen Gegend – perfekt, um abzuschalten und das echte Sizilien zu genießen. Wir waren mit unserer achtköpfigen Familie dort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Jeder hatte seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und trotzdem gab es viele schöne gemeinsame Bereiche – ob auf der Terrasse mit Ausblick, beim Essen im Freien oder im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Wichtig zu wissen: Das Haus ist nur mit einem Mietwagen erreichbar und die Auffahrt ist recht steil. Es braucht etwas Übung und ein bisschen Fahrgefühl – erfahrene Autofahrer schaffen das aber gut. A celebration of my 70 years with children and 4 grandchildren. Perfect. Great outdoor space. Rooms were basic but we prefer that as we would have worried about the children with sticky fingers etc if it had been all designer chic. A beautiful pool. A few minutes from culture and great beaches. A SPA supermarket 10 minutes away with great fresh veg, meat and fish. And wine ! Well done Paulo.

Het verblijf was perfect. Een schitterende en rustige plek. Vanaf deze locatie was het ideaal om uitstapjes te ondernemen. De plek zelf was perfect en kwam overeen met de advertentie. DE communicatie met Corado was uitstekend. Hij reageerde snel. Er waren ook fietsen aanwezig die je kon gebruiken om naar het strand te gaan. De plek is echt een aanrader om vanuit hier Noto en Siracuse te ontdekken. Ook Avolo had een aantal leuke restaurantjes.

Ignazio is a fantastic host! We had a few issues with the breaker because of unseasonably cold weather and he was there to help right away. He gave great suggestions for local visits and was warm, hospitable, and a genuine delight throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and well kept. Keep in mind you'll need a car to get around. There is a lovely welcome gift but otherwise the house minimally stocked so you'll need to do a grocery haul for water,etc. Decent grocery store is 8 minutes up the road. The marina and beach are a short 10-15 minute trip and you're 20 minutes from other historic towns such as Ibla Ragusa, Scicli, and Modica. Siracusa and Noto are a little further but still an easy day trip. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again at Cutalia soon.

Nous avons eu un accueil amical et chaleureux avec Pina . La maison est extrêmement propre, spacieuse, confortable. Les espaces extérieurs sont magnifiques. Vues sur la mer d’un côté, l’Etna de l’autre côté. Des fleurs à profusion. Calme et sérénité garantie .Pina a été très accueillante et nous a donné de nombreuses informations. Même si la maison est isolée nous avons eu toutes les indications nécessaires pour y arriver. C’est une maison typique, meublée avec goût et surtout remplie d’attentions pour y être comme chez soi . Nous recommandons vivement cette endroit !!!

One of the nicest locations i have stayed in. The sea access, terrace and views could not be improved they are stunning. Siracusa itself also stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

the cottage was amazing. interesting architectural details. nice little kitchenette that we were able to use. It has a washer for clothes which we desperately needed. It doesn't have a dryer though so we had to air dry our clothes. The pool was wonderful and we used it each afternoon after our morning trips to Siracusa, Noto, Modica and Ragusa. The Location is a little remote. You definitely need a car if you are staying here. we were able to find good restaurants in Scicli, Donalucata and Marina di Ragusa which were all within a 10 to 20 minute drive. Overall a wonderful experience with a laid back vibe that we really enjoyed.

Die Villa Ziguli ist wunderschön! Alles ist perfekt dekoriert, wunderschön gestaltet und wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Wir waren in Noto, Ragusa, Modica und Scicli, tolle Städte. Es war herrlich, danach am Pool mit Blick aufs Meer zu entspannen und die Outdoorküche fürs Barbeque zu nutzen. Wir würden gern noch einmal dorthin reisen!

Such a wonderful stay! A beautiful space and perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends. Instantly you can see all the organisation and preparation Andrea and Giuseppe have taken to make you feel extremely welcomed everything you need is there. The location is very private yet essentials are less than 10 minutes drive and the beach only a minutes walk if that !
