Excellent accommodation, the photos do not describe the beauty of the residence and how comfortable it is. Excellent location, security and with everything you need super close. The only detail is that it does not have an elevator in case of elderly people. They are comfortable to climb though.

Excellent attention, good surveillance, clean pool and clean place, water and electricity all the time, parking near the elevator, very friendly and helpful owners and they were very attentive that everything was good for us. 100% recommended

Cozy apartment, with excellent view, I always felt at home, in all areas of it there was total comfort, excellent furniture to rest after a long day of enjoyment, the rooms are very comfortable, until bathing is a good experience due to the comfort of the apartment. No complaints, 10/10. The kitchen area is very comfortable and with all the necessary equipment, impeccable attention to the guests. I look forward to booking soon!

It was a pretty good experience. Just like at home, Mrs. Xiomara's excellent attention, the arrival was quite flexible and comfortable, I would come back and recommend it to my friends, easy access, well-kept common areas, safe, impeccable and quiet. The neighbors and staff are very friendly. Throughout the front of the CC Rattan, you can walk, by car everything is very close, go to the beach 5 to 10 minutes. Food kiosk around the corner. Convenient parking, A barbecue area, a lovely pool. A kiosk inside the same residence. The apartment is clean, with air conditioning, internet, cable. I did not have the possibility to know the place because my trip was canceled at the last moment, just like in photos everything looked very nice and good communication, on another occasion I would definitely stay there.

The apartment is ideal for a perfect vacation. Carolina greeted us with a warm welcome and was attentive to our needs throughout the stay. The apartment is equipped with water tanks and an inverter, ensuring a continuous supply of water and electricity. The complex has a swimming pool, surveillance and is excellently maintained. It was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, excellent location, clean savannas and bathrooms as seen in the photos, the pool is excellent and the restaurant of the complex has very good food. Disadvantages: The master bedroom bathroom door does not close which is very uncomfortable when using the bathroom and the elevator did not serve the day we arrived.
