If you are someone who enjoys a morning walk, just 2 km away is a scenic and quiet park (KC Layout) close to the helipad, or MG road towards Radisson Blu. Upper level of this beautiful 2 level house situated in a prime location is rented out. It has a very big living room, plus a bedroom with attached bathroom+toilet. Also there is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a balcony area in the front and back. The bedroom sleeps 2 adults and the living room has a very big divan area which can sleep 2 adults easily. There is a separate stairs access to the second floor which has it own main entry door.
